Step into Monterey Condos C301, affectionately known as "Salt Therapy." The views speak for themselves at this modern and updated 3-bedroom condo. You're surrounded by the blues and greens of the Gulf views through the kitchen, dining and entertainment areas. You'll find these ocean tones throughout the unit and accented in the remodeled bathrooms as well.

Enjoy views from the main king bedroom suite. You'll love spending time in the spa-like bathroom retreat. Head out to your balcony to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine and sounds of the Gulf. This is what a 30A vacation is all about.

We know you'll love the attention to detail throughout and can't wait to welcome you to Salt Therapy at Monterey Condos!

With your stay at Salt Therapy between March and October, you'll receive free beach service that includes 2 chairs, and umbrella and a table (weather permitting).

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King bed, TV and balcony access. Private bathroom with soaking tub, large shower and dual sinks.
Bedroom 2: King bed, TV and private bathroom with tub/shower combination.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, TV.
Twin-over-twin hallway bunks + sofa pulls out to a queen.

Monterey Condos:
Monterey Condos is a private, gated complex located in Seacrest Beach on scenic highway 30A, just 2 miles west of Rosemary Beach. These Gulf-front units provide every amenity imaginable for the perfect getaway. Relax and enjoy the spectacular gulf views from your spacious wraparound balconies. There is a Gulf-front pool that is heated seasonally as well as community charcoal grills.

Seacrest:
Seacrest is a perfect destination with beautiful white sand beaches, coastal dune lakes, open green spaces, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Located near all your favorite 30A communities like Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside, and Seagrove Beach, you’ll have swift access to a variety of shopping and dining venues that are spread out along the Gulf Coast. The 19-mile paved bike path that parallels the entire length of the scenic highway 30A makes getting around easy.

Your stay at Monterey Condos C301 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

An initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Lovely stay

We took a girls trip and the condo was perfect. Great location right on the beach. The condo was clean and cool. Had one small issue but the communication with the rental company was great and they addressed it immediately. The location of the condo is perfect... minutes away from great shopping and restaurants. We're already planning our trip for next year!

Family vacation week prior to labor day

Property is one we would definitely stay in again & will hope it is available next time we come to visit the beach. My only recommendation would be a dresser in the master bedroom the small one row of drawers was really not enough space for folding clothes but we made it work & would do so again😊

Beautiful View!

Great property, great location! The view from the condo is amazing. Property was very clean upon arrival. Patio furniture was great, loved the tall table. Upgraded bathrooms were great! Could have used some hangers in the bedrooms and a dresser in the main master. Overall a lovely property would book again!

In regards to the kitchen; please note that our kitchens are usually stocked with glasses, dishes, and utensils, as well as basic cookware. The kitchen starter kit also includes; hand soap, sponge, dish soap, two dishwasher tabs, a roll of paper towels, and a kitchen trash bag. We do apologize for the absence of the trash bag. We however received no reports of this during your stay with us. We are always here to assist and would have happily sent someone from our team to deliver the trash bag. In regards to blankets; we do provide the amount of blankets based on the number of persons that the unit sleeps. We have however taken your comment into account as guest satisfaction means a lot to us, and your feedback will help us improve the quality of service provided to all our valued guests. Great Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience was overall fantastic. Condo was clean, cool, easy to access. Direct access to the beach. We had a question regarding beach chair service and it was answered promptly. Location is perfect as it minutes from so many great restaurants as well as the grocery store. This was our second year staying at this condo and have enjoyed both stays!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was nice and clean,but the sliding door to the master bathroom was a pain. It was so hard to slide...too heavy for a bathroom door.

Great view - frustrating experience

I gave it 3 stars because of the view, but without the view I would give it 2 stars. I had to go back and forth with the management company every day I was there. First, issues with the AC but figured that out on my own. We also had no wifi our entire stay and only one TV worked. The front door self close mechanism fell off as well. I needed wifi for work and did not have any access the whole stay. Every day engaged to get things working as intended. We left earlier than planned. Again - the view was great.

A winner at Monterey Condos on E30A

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have stayed at Monterey Condos several times. Gulf front location is excellent! The owner of this particular unit (C301) has upgraded each of the bathrooms. The master bathtub and shower upgrade is substantial.Other upgrades as well! Unit could use other upgrades from rental "wear and tear" such as cushions and pillows on furniture. In summary, one of the better units at Monterey!

Anniversary Stay

The Unit location is amazing. Having the Gulf right there was outstanding. It was clean when we arrived except a few glasses were put away dirty. Would love if the Outside Lights on the Balcony worked. Didn't find out until the last day that the owners of the Unit purchased chairs and umbrella for 2. The worst experiance was with Vacayzen and out Bike rental. $250 Credit is a waste and they were terrible. No bikes delivered upon arrival, didn't come until the next day late in the afternnoon and they left two of the oldest crappies bikes! We will rent this Unit again, will not us that credit for Vacayzen!!

Vacation Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view and location were excellent. The condo was decorated very tastefully and was lovely with the exception of no chest of drawers or dresser in primary suite. There were no directions on how to operate the tv which took us considerable time to figure out. That would be extremely helpful, if directions were provided. Only major complaint were the cleanliness of the floors. They appeared clean, but our feet turned black from walking on them and when we wiped a spill up on the kitchen floor, the paper towel was black. We did enjoy the balcony although cushions in the outdoor chairs would have been appreciated.

Could be so much better!

The property and location are beautiful. Communication was good for check in and check out. We were very disappointed upon arrival and the longer we were there. The middle bathroom tub did not drain & there was no liner so water went all around the bathroom when someone showered. Dangerous and very annoying. The queen sized bedroom mattress is broke and sinks into the middle. There was one trash bag, 3 rolls of toilet paper and the utensils in the kitchen were dirty from (hopefully) the last renters- really the bare minimum. The house was filled with bugs when we arrived as I assume the cleaners may have left a door open? We had gnats and flies with us. We loved the location but for the cost of the condo we could not justify coming back, just have higher expectations for this area and for rentals in general!

Not Great

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures make it look good but everything is cheap IKEA. Lots of little things broken. Beds are very uncomfortable. Management company is difficult to work with. The number they provided does not work. Porch was filthy with grime. Beds are VERY uncomfortable. Description said large pool. It is small to medium at best. No sidewalk to walk to restaurants. They would not let us in 30 minutes before check in time. Also no refund for having to evacuate for Helene when we had to miss 3 days of the trip.

Customarily, we do not provide refunds for the nights missed due to inclement weather conditions such as storms and hurricanes, unless there is a mandatory evacuation order. This policy is clearly outlined in the Rental Agreement that all guests are required to sign prior to arrival. Nonetheless, one of our managers attempted to reach out to you to discuss possible solutions, but we did not receive a response. A voicemail was left, and we wish you had returned the call.
