Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the condo, amazing views, easy beach access, and the service provided by our team. We also appreciate your comments regarding the beach amenities. Our guest guidebook does outline that the complimentary beach service includes two beach chairs and one umbrella, available March through October, weather permitting, regardless of the number of guests in the reservation. If additional chairs, umbrellas, cabanas, or other beach items are desired beyond what is included in the complimentary package, those items would need to be rented separately. We are also sorry to hear that you encountered several items requiring attention during your stay, and we appreciate you bringing those concerns to our attention. Your feedback is valuable and will be shared with the appropriate team. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide another enjoyable stay! Warm Regards, Benchmark Management

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the location and the easy beach access, but we’re truly sorry for the inconveniences you experienced. Waiting for a replacement microwave—especially with a baby—was understandably frustrating, and we apologize for the delay. We also appreciate you letting us know about the washer, dryer, and ice maker. Your comments help us address these issues promptly so future stays are smoother. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.

Hi Marie! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review! We’re so happy to hear you enjoyed the view, spacious balcony, and the overall charm of the condo. It’s great to know that the bed/bath setup and beach chair rental made your stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciate your feedback on the Wi-Fi and kitchen supplies. We’re working on improving the internet connection for those who need to work during their stay. We’ll also share your feedback with the owners and suggest adding items like measuring spoons to further enhance the kitchen’s amenities. Thanks for pointing this out! We provide an initial Benchmark signature box of amenities for all guests, which includes kitchen supplies (such as paper towels, dish soap, etc.), bath products, and towels. For your convenience, our listing includes a detailed breakdown of what's provided in the starter kit, so guests know which items they may need to bring to fully supply their stay. Thank you for sharing this helpful tip for future guests! Thanks again for choosing to stay with us—we’d love to welcome you back for another fantastic visit! Warm regards, Benchmark Management

Dear Jennifer, Thank you for your feedback on your recent stay at The Monterey. We’re pleased to hear you enjoyed the location and size of the complex. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the construction dumpster and the appearance of the trash. Please note that the HOA instructed all rental managers to ensure guests are aware that household trash should not be placed in construction dumpsters, and fines were placed for those who did not oblige. We will follow up with the HOA to ensure this issue is addressed more promptly in the future. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back a third time! Best regards, Benchmark Management
