The generously sized living and dining areas are bathed in natural light and offer stunning views of the gulf, opening up to a large wrap around gulf-front balcony with South and west-facing views...You'll love soaking in breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. The kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring custom white cabinetry, quartz countertops, a subway tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. Unwind in the serene master suite complete with board and batten walls, a luxurious ensuite with a large walk-in shower, and double vanity. The Guest king suite also has a private bathroom with shower. We had a fantastic time! The condo was beautifully decorated and looked exactly as pictured. There were many amenities in the kitchen and there was nothing we needed that wasn’t there. Our kids loved all the beach toys and floats that were already there. The beach was amazing and location was perfect. We could easily bike to shopping and restaurants but had a nice quiet beach. We loved it and will definitely stay again!

Beautiful rental. Had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, extra beach toys, etc. The location is great; private beach with lots of space.

The condo was nicely decorated, clean, and well maintained. It was like the pictures, even better. La Costa Blanca did a great job communicating throughout. The communication was timely and personal. We loved the whole experience and will stay here again!

Perfect location and wonderful host!

We had a wonderful time! The condo was beautiful, roomy, and steps away from the beach. We loved the beach chairs and umbrella included with the stay - they were set up each morning for us so we always had a spot staked out. But this beach was not overly crowded, which we loved. The host was fabulous and super responsive! We are looking forward to staying here again or at one of her other properties. Thank you!

Great Gulf front condo!

This property was just as pictured in the listing. Furnishings are nice quality and very comfortable. Balcony seating is perfect and really allowed our family of 6 to enjoy time outside with comfortable seating for 6 adults. I've stayed in other Monterey units and the improvements to this one are really nice and make the unit more functional than others I've stayed in. Beach area for this condo is awesome- not crowded and beach setups make it easy to enjoy without the hassle of transporting chairs and umbrellas. The location is fantastic- close to restaurants, shopping and grocery store. Shawna responded quickly on the few questions I had. I would definitely book this unit again!

AMAZING! 5 stars all around

This was our 3rd trip to 30A and this condo is by far the most beautiful and conveniently located that we’ve stayed in. The condo has been recently renovated and is beautifully decorated. The colors are very “beachy” and you will immediately feel relaxed when you walk in the door. Owners have provided everything for your stay including beach towels! The unit also comes with a set of reserved beach chairs and umbrella that will be set up for you each day on the beach. The pool is heated which was a plus for spring break week in March. The views are amazing from the condo and the spacious porch. We saw many beautiful sunrises and sunsets. I was a little nervous that the living and dining areas would be tight with our group of 7, but it was perfect. The seating at the dining room table is larger than in the pictures with the wrap around bench seating. We all comfortably ate here many nights. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious as was the hall bunk room which my kids loved. There is an elevator in the building which was nice for the grandparents. There are many steps down to the beach which can be tough for the elderly group, but this is all along 30A that I know of. The boardwalk and steps for Monterey do appear to have been recently redone which is nice. The property manager, Shawna, was very responsive by text and took care of a couple of issues with the ice maker and washing machine promptly. We will definitely stay here again!

This unit has the most incredible views and is perfectly located near alys and rosemary beach. The pictures really do not do it justice! We always appreciate knowing when something isn't working quite right so we can remedy it quickly for guest in house as well as the next guest. When you visit next time and bring along the grandparents, you may try reaching out to the local lifeguard number as they can escort elderly guests out to the beach using a beach wheelchair If necessary :) Thank you so much again and we look forward to your next stay!
