RIGHT ON THE BEACH!!! If you are looking for a luxury beachfront vacation on 30A look no further!
You can't stay any closer to both the beach access AND the Watercolor Beach club then this luxury two-story open floor plan condo! This condo's porch is ONLY 5 steps to the beach access. This is in the ONLY BEACHFRONT condo development in Watercolor. You have wristbands with this condo for private beach access and privileges to our private pool and all of the Watercolor resort pools!
This CORNER condo is has been completely updated! Beautiful! All bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dry bar, stairs, decor, etc.
This luxury condo has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. This includes 3 king beds as well as a set of bunk beds.
Accommodations for 8 guests (Max 6 adults).
Enjoy two covered balconies and amazing 30A sunset views!
Enjoy private beach gates and a private pool just steps out the door. Guests also enjoy all of the Watercolor resort pools including the newly renovated Watercolor Beach Club and Camp Watercolor. Seaside is also just a few minutes walk from the condo.

You can’t beat this location. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. I enjoyed the easy walk to the beach, pool and restaurants. The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond.

Beautiful and convenient, it was a fabulous place to stay. It is decorated incredibly and has high end appliances. Just steps from the beach, pool, restaurants and shopping. The owners were wonderful and we plan on returning next year.

The minute we arrived, it felt like home. It was incredibly clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The double balcony, comfortable furniture, hand soap at all sinks, digital frame with all kinds of great info, laminated signs answering all of our questions, lovely coffee table books, books to read, and the abundance of hangars in the closet did not go unnoticed. The host was amazing - answering all of our questions with so much personal help. The best VRBO we have ever stayed in!

Our family of 4 stayed at this condo and it was perfect for us. Everything was so clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen had all we needed and the location was great! The digital guestbook they sent in advance really helped us with planning our trip. We would stay here again!

Wonderful experience

Great hosts, great location, great home that was freshly renovated. Aside from how comfortable the home is, being so close to the beach and a stroll over to the little town area were some of the other highlights. We are already thinking about when to plan our next stay!

Nikki was terrific to communicate/work with on this booking. The condo is very clean, newly redone and close to the beach boardwalk and has perks of the Watercolor resort if you want to use that. The upstairs living had ocean view from the deck outside. Overall it’s comfortable for 5-6 people but is multi level between entry, living, and bedrooms with stairs. People with elderly/mobility may find this to be an issue. Convenient to Seaside, Grayton and that end of 30A.Condo has a pool for condo guests only. Owners had closet full of beach toys, inflatables, chairs, cooler etc. There is parking for two vehicles near condo. Highly recommend if you want close to beach, new interior, very clean and easy to work with owners!

Beautiful, convenient home in Watercolor

We had a great time at your home. It’s proximity to the beach and beach access was wonderful for us. Everything was fresh and new and in working order. Such a lovely home. We would definitely stay again!

Great home and great location!

The property was in an excellent location and the pictures don’t even do it justice! The location to the beach and Seaside couldn’t be any better. I mostly dealt with Nikki and she took care of any need we had and was super responsive throughout the entire process. I would 100% recommend this home if you plan to visit the Seaside area.

Wonderful Condo

This property is exactly what the listing shows, if not better. The location is perfect. Several shops and restaurants within walking distance. The condo was clean. The property owner was responsive to all of our needs.
