Walk to shops, listen to some live music at local breweries, enjoy local delicacies at our numerous restaurants, and taverns, view the sunset over the Amelia River at the marina, and ride bikes under a canopy at Fort Clinch State Park, or spend the day at the beach and looking for sharks teeth or relaxing watching the pelicans and dolphins.

My name is Susan and I decided to 'retire' in 2019. I moved across the country. I was looking for a small town in a beautiful place. I found paradise on Amelia Island. My house is located in the historic downtown and short walk to so many fun places. In 2021, I finished construction of the carriage house, which has a two car garage and gym on the first floor and your own private 1 bedroom apartment on the second floor.

There are three state parks on our little island, a historic downtown, award-winning restaurants, and the oldest bar in Florida. Enjoy the Ocean sunrise and and view the sunset over the Amelia river. There is something for everyone in this wonderful little paradise and this apartment is in the center of it all.
