Very clean and comfortable! Convenient location for activities at Vanderbilt University. Only downside is the back stairs being so narrow and steep and there is parking for unit 1 at the front entrance of unit 3/4 so pulling up and unloading luggage and groceries through the front entrance was not an option. Was fine for me and my 12 year old but a little more difficult for our older guests.

The neighborhood is super cute with shops and restaurants only 2-3 blocks away. The place was very clean and the hosts were attentive and responsive for any need or questions. The unit was up some steep stairs which wasn’t an issue but is something to be cognizant of. I would recommend this Vrbo to a friend due to its unbeatable location at an affordable price.
