Master has a queen and 3rd bedroom has a trundle bed with two twins and a bunk bed with two twins. 4 smart televisions. 2 car garage. Full, spacious kitchen with seating at island. Powder room on kitchen/living room level. Large dining room table. Washer/dryer on top floor.

Guest access
Guests will have access to full space with the exception of one locked closet in the kitchen area which contains host belongings. Guests will also have access to the property's pool. A key or code will be provided for access.

No grilling or open flame of any kind. No smoking. City noise ordinances are in effect. Please be respectful of your neighbors. Boat slip is right outside the front door and can fit a 20' boat.
