Enjoy the peaceful sunsets and the quiet sunrises all right outside your door. Relish the contemporary atmosphere and the upscale furnishings throughout the whole condo.

This coastal gem has a living room/kitchen combo that boasts a view right from the moment you enter. The living room has comfortable seating and a large TV with a DVD player, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is fully equipped for any cooking venture, which allows the chef of the family to make dinner and enjoy the sunsets at the same time! The main bedroom faces south offering its own personal view and access to the balcony. An additional interior perk is a private washer/dryer.

Ocean Reef is located directly on the glistening white sand of the highly sought-after west beaches of Panama City Beach, boasting over 400 feet of beachfront property for you to enjoy the beautiful emerald waters and warm gulf air. Pamper yourself with the complex's amazing amenities like the indoor pool (open year-round), outdoor pool, workout 'room with a view', sauna, steam room, hot tub, and outdoor grilling area.

Given Ocean Reef's strategic location, there are many other beach activities such as jet skiing, kayaking, and parasailing. Just up the road is entertainment for all ages! Across the street find miniature golf and a go-cart track. West of the complex is the much-acclaimed Pier Park ~ Panama City Beach's newest shopping experience with a movie theater and some outstanding restaurants. Looking for something a little different, how about swimming with the dolphins? The Northwest Beaches International Airport is also nearby, providing even greater travel convenience.

During Spring Break, we rent to 'Families' or 'ALL' occupants must be a minimum of 25 years of age.
Beach Chair Service rentals are available 3/1-10/31. This is not included in this property rental.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 22.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great unit

Great unit. It was very clean, and had everything we needed, except for pans to cook with. I know sometimes people ruin those and they don’t get replaced. But otherwise it suited our needs very well. We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed ourselves.

We loved it!!

This unit was absolutely amazing! It was very clean. It was spacious and had everything we needed. We loved how quick the elevators were. The walk to the beach is very short which is important with small children. We also loved the location! We will definitely be booking again!!

Great location!

This condo is in a great location, and parking is very convenient. You can walk next door to Runaway Island for a great meal, and Pier Park is less than 2 miles away. The beaches are beautiful, and there is so much to do nearby. We've stayed here two times they would not hesitate to book here again.

Great views

Wonderful vacation. We loved the large balcony, coffee in the morning, dinner in the evening. We spent most days on the beautiful beach. Beds were comfortable, condo was clean and just like the photos. We have stayed in this condo before and would again.

Place looked good, high ceilings, clean. Nice master bed great view. Great parking. Spare room had 2 tiny beds.. only issues were the tiny spare room beds. And the outside table was being held together with rope.

Girl's Beach Trip

We enjoyed our trip to PCB. The beds were very comfy, however, the pillows all need to be replaced - the pillow on each of the twin beds weren't really even pillows and the pillows on the king bed were very flat and used two standard size cases instead of a king size case. The only other issue we had was the toaster did not work.

Great location

Location was great and room was exactly as it appeared in the pictures. I gave it a 4 because the kitchen could use some stocking (no casserole pans to bake in) and the beds weren’t the most comfortable (could just be my opinion). The patio was fantastic! The views were amazing and the communication with the local Vacasa was great!

Love this condo!

We spent 3 nights in this condo, and no complaints. The balcony is AMAZING! We seen a sea turtle, manatee, dolphins all day long, and the jellyfish were plentiful. The home is nicely stocked with kitchen necessities. It was spacious enough for our family of four. The only negative thing, which wasn’t a huge deal, is the master bed mattress is on the hard side. We never had a long wait for elevators, and the parking space is located on the first floor parking and not far from the elevators, which was very convenient!

Great vacation home

Clean, all beds were comfortable even the twins in the guest bedroom. Huge balcony with excellent views. Only reason for 4 stars is could not watch TV in living room until the last night we were there, sn agent came and set it up manually. (There's a hidden toggle button under the screen that I couldn't locate in order to set the input to cable tv)

Very nice

Fall vacay

The rooms at the Ocean Reef never disappoint me and 2205 was no exception! It had everything you needed to make you feel at home and have a good vacation. The balcony is awesome ! On this visit we actually saw 10 dolphins from the balcony!! 🌴❤️

Older but nice

Great stay! This condo is conveniently located. It is older but nicely decorated. Designated parking spot is right across from the elevators on the ground floor which makes it very easy to load/unload luggage without dragging everything thru the parking garage. The condo itself is also located directly across from the elevators, which seems like it would be a problem with noise but wasn’t an issue at all. The only complaint are the mattresses in the 2nd bedroom; one dipped in the middle, the other leaned to the side. Both were uncomfortable. The mattress in the master was amazing though! Overall it was a nice place to stay and I would recommend.

Wouldnt Book Again

If i could post pictures i would but upon arriving to anywhere i always check the rooms because im a Assistant General Manager of a Hilton property so i know to always look. Property is non smoking and there were burns and black marks all over carpets on balcony. Found a whole baggy of trash between master bedroom and other bedroom. Found weed in carpet in master room. Smoke detectors kept beepin whole stay notified vacasa of problems first day and no maintenance came ever lights in dining room didnt work at all lights in second room were blown. Light socket covers were exposing wires in twin bedroom and behind bar. Found previous guest parking pass as well as used tissues under bed. Filter for air conditioning needed changed whole stay notified never came. Dishwasher pulls out, The sprayer at sink gets stuck on spray dont use it. As well as balcony door doesnt lock. TVs are outdated. Im sure there was more im missing i just left and WONT be back there. Maintenance man we encountered first day was RUDE screaming at us as soon as we pulled in to check in with parking garage the guy we was checking in with was nice but when maintenance man started screamin the guy checking us in started rollin his eyes and told him to stop he was tellin us about the property lol i wish i would have got his name he was the only one we liked there.

PCB - Perfect Dolphin Viewpoint

Loved the view. The balcony was wonderful and spacious with comfortable chairs and table. Bedrooms and bathrooms were good sized and comfortable. Living space with view was great. No noise. Parking garage and having a specific spot was great.
