Layout was perfect for our large group. We also rented the house next door so we had pleny of room. Love the location on the ocean and close to area restaurants and bars. Patio/pool area was perfect for our large group. Could have better stocked kitchens and we didn't have any hair dryers so had to purchase one, but otherwise wonderful!

Very good property in an beautiful and peaceful location

The property is super nice and comfortable. It has a a wonderful pool with heater. That makes the difference. The spaces are super good but the house is lacking of homeware.

We booked this villa to host our family of 11, a price point that suggested a certain level of quality. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of our expectations.The real disappointment began when we stepped inside. Aside from one properly furnished bedroom, all the others were minimally equipped: two queen-size beds with no nightstands (except in one room), no bedside lamps, no chairs, and closets with only a hanging rod and no shelves.The level of finish is frankly mediocre. The kitchen cabinets were very dirty, both inside and out. As for equipment: practically empty, a bare minimum of low-quality cookware, a broken toaster, no kettle... Several electrical outlets were in poor condition (a real safety concern), and the electric gate stopped working after two days. The value for money is clearly not there. This villa urgently needs investment in equipment, maintenance, and cleanliness to justify its price and advertised capacity. The condition of the bed and bath linens is particularly concerning.The positive point : Felix If this stay turned out reasonably well despite everything, it's largely thanks to Felix, the housekeeping staff, who was attentive and very responsive. His professionalism significantly softened our frustration.

Not at all what we expected

We (5 surfers) rented the property the first week of Feb 2023 and were extremely disappointed with the condition. Mainly, there was mold throughout the house with the lower level bedroom blinds covered in it. As such, no one felt comfortable staying in those rooms to the point where we had two people sleeping on the floor on the second floor living room (which also has mold on the blinds). In addition, the bedroom/bathroom that is accessible through its own door smelled awful. We considered this house a health risk. I sent the property manager an email five days ago that has gone unanswered. I will not rent from this person again.
