Beachfront! And a private pool?! Believe! Welcome to Family Ties, a 30A jackpot with gulf views, salty breezes, and a front-row seat to the waves. This Old Seagrove retreat puts you right on the sand, with Seaside’s charming shops and restaurants just a breezy bike ride away.

The sunroom and outdoor lounge are made for unwinding, whether it’s morning coffee with a view or dinner with a backdrop that steals the show.

The kitchen, dining, and living areas serve up more of those stunning Gulf views, along with plenty of space to relax.
Just off the living room, two bedrooms feature more incredible views. A guest room with two twin beds, and a gorgeous primary suite.

Down the hall, a cozy sitting room, with a pull-out sleeper sofa and a bathroom, leads out to the spacious pool area. There’s also another guest room, with 2 twins, and lastly, a second, plush primary bedroom. Enjoy!

At Oversee 30A, we do vacation right. A spotless home, a seamless stay, and a local team always nearby. Our office is just down the road, open daily, with 24/7 support whenever you need us.

Have a large family? Consider booking "Ethridge House" at 67 Montgomery Street as well! Reserving both houses guarantees exclusive access to the private beach, only thirty steps away.

We absolutely loved this house and the location. Fully stocked with everything you need! Loved that everyone had their space with the bedrooms being in each corner of the house. Super nice neighbors too!! We’ll definitely be back!!

Love Family Ties!

Our stay was amazing! It is right on the beach and within walking/biking of restaurants and shopping We got a flat tire while biking and they were there to repair within the hour! Ten of us fit perfectly and the kitchen is well stocked for any cooking need ! Highly recommend!

Family get away

The home and location on the beach is amazing. The quantity of supplies were a joke One roll of toilet paper per bathroom- Really for a week long stay of 8 people Only 3 trash bags for the entire week I recommend that you are not so stingy with supplies

Familiar Home

We or other family members have stayed in this property many times over the years and have seen it develop from a simple un-airconditioned beach house from the late 1960's to the enlarged and attractive remodeled version it is today. Over the years the many improvements have made our family stays more relaxing and enjoyable and this year was no different. We have already rented it for our family vacation again next year.

A family stay at Family Ties

Overall, my family was very pleased with home. Great location and very clean and modernized. One issue we had was there were 8 of us but only room for 7 to sit on couch, love seat and chair. Not a big deal but noticeable. Pool and bikes were in great shape and enjoyed. Couple all this with good communications with rental company and I can assure you we will be back.

Best Week EVER!!

We gifted the week long trip to our two children and their families for Christmas (2023). Everyone said it was the best week and best vacation their had ever had. The location was SPOT ON and we all enjoyed a relaxing week together as a family. LOVED the bikes and riding down to Seaside. We have not ridden bikes in years but had a blast. We are considering renting the same house for another trip next year, since we like give "memories" instead of gifts for Christmas and birthdays.

Summer Vacay

Family ties was a great location for our family, the view is very pretty. The pictures are a little deceiving as you do not get access to whole home but it was a great time. The living room doesn't have enough sitting for 10 people it sits 7 comfortably. The pots and pans could use an upgraded from overuse. Home could use a good scrub. Property managers were great and responsive when we had an A/C issue. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented Family Ties many times over the last 10 years and have always enjoyed our stay. This year was somewhat different for the following reasons:1. The linens on the beds are cheaply done. The sheets are scratchy and there is the comforter was way too thin.2. The refrigerator does not get cold enough to keep food from spoiling.3. HVAC does not cool the master bedroom. It has cooled that room in previous stays.4. The fan in the master bedroom is broken and doesn't work correctly.
