Un havre de paix

Très belle maison dans un environnement très calme! La maison est très bien agencée et parfaite pour accueillir une grande famille . Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison mais avec le confort d’un hôtel ****. Nous avons pu facilement visiter l’île car l’emplacement est idéal ! Nous reviendrons c’est sûr !

Tolle Finca mit kleinen Fehlern

Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Wie der Titel schon sagt „mit kleinen Fehlern“. DieKüche war unserer Meinung nach nicht ausreichend ausgestattet. Kaffeemaschine für Max. 6 Tassen ist für eine Finca für 12 Personen definitiv zu klein. Außerdem war die Maschine defekt. Nach einer Beschwerde bei Interchalet wurde aber umgehend reagiert und eine neue, größere Maschine gebracht. Kaffeetassen waren nicht vorhanden, bzw. es gab nur Espressotassen. Also losgefahren und 10 Kaffebecher gekauft.

Great stay, but...

What's good: - location of the finca is wonderful - no direct neighbors, within 20 minutes either in Palma or at the sea - very clean and equipped (toaster, coffee maker, pool towels, toilet paper..) - rooms logically arranged, each bedroom has its own, very nice bathroom with shower - pool was very clean and invited to swim It is truly a great house for large groups, who want to enjoy some peace. The receipt of the keys worked well. The owner's wife welcomed us, gave a little tour and explained everything to us. We had to take a photo of the electricity meter to see what we have been using after our stay. She said, taking a photo of the gas meter is not necessary, fortunately one of us took one.. Negative was the following: 1. Unfortunately, the supposed double beds consist of two single beds. Turning once or twice resulted in uncomfortable gaps between the 2 beds. 2. Unfortunately we had hardly warm shower water during the 4 days being there. We informed the owners, who sent a technician directly. Unfortunately, the problem was still not solved after we returned to the finca. 3. Be careful: the "hidden" electricity costs. We were quite surprised about the amount, given that we hardly spent any time at the finca during the day and we were very eager to use the power as economically as possible. The kwh price the owner calculated with, was nevertheless correct and common on Mallorca. An indication beforehand would have been nice. 4. What worried us most was the supposed honesty of the owner. When she came to the check-out to check upon the meter readings, she actually showed us a picture on her mobile that was supposed to show the value of the gas meter at the beginning of our rental. Accordingly, we would have used gas for water that did not get warm. Luckily, one of us took a photo of the meter during the first inspection and proved that we did not use anything. We were shocked. Anything but professional! Due to the fact that we did not have warm water for 4 days, we proposed to reduce the electricity costs by half. From there, the owner became very unfriendly and began to discuss very disrespectfully and sought the blame with us. She did comply with our demands in the end, however, we still had to pay more than what we proposed. We discussed with her for 1 hour and left wondering, why you, as the owner, are not interested in making your guests happy and having them recommend your place.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit hochwertiger Innenausstattung. Sehr zweckmässig und komfortabel eingerichtet. Einzig die Küchenutensilien waren eher dürftig. Zuwenig Weingläser, keine Bier- und Champagnergläser. Diese haben wir selber kaufen müssen. Keinen einzigen Hacken in den Badezimmern um ein Tuch aufzuhängen. Sonst alles Top!

Luxury in the heart of Majorca

An absolutely stunning property in the heart of Majorca just minutes away from Inca. Perfect for a large group of people who want to holiday together but don't want to compromise on comfort and relaxation. Every room was a double en-suite with views out over the countryside which is quite hard to find. And the two dining options can seat 12 people comfortably. We made the most of the kitchen-diner with yummy home cooked food and games of Jenga! We were all very sad to leave.
