Enjoy a magical stay in this top-floor 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo located in the highly desirable gated 5-star Windsor Hills Resort, just 3 miles from Walt Disney World. Situated away from the main road, this quiet 4th-floor unit with elevator access offers both privacy and convenience.

The condo is fully equipped for a comfortable and relaxing getaway, featuring a well-stocked kitchen, brand-new washer and dryer, and a bright, spacious layout. Guests are only a short walk to the community pool and water park.

Windsor Hills Resort offers incredible amenities, including a walk-in pool with NEW water slides and splash pad, fully fenced playgrounds, fitness center, game room, movie theater, ping pong and pool tables, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts, putting green, BBQ grills, picnic areas, and ample parking.

Perfect for families, the unit includes kid-friendly extras such as a Pack ’n Play, high chair, and stroller for your convenience.

Great condo for the location and the price! Very clean and comfortable. Quiet community. Well stocked kitchen. Much better than cramming into a hotel room after a long and hot day at Disney. Only downside was no ice maker, so grab a bag of ice with your grocery order!

The condo was fabulous and so close to the parks. The owner was super easy to work with and responded quickly. The grounds were clean and fun. Remember to bring your own shampoo soap and things like that , they’re not supplied. We had the best time with our 2 teenage boys!

First time using a Vrbo, excellent experience. I thought the place was wonderful for the price. Much cheaper and nicer than staying at a hotel. We also saved money by being able to cook. Drive to Disney was about 10 minutes and SO easy, I am not a city driver so I was happy about that. The space was clean, every room had a tv and they had a pack and play which we were extremely grateful for. I'd stay here again.

Excellent location for Disney! Safe gated resort with security on site. The unit itself has a great dual master layout that worked perfectly for us with our daughter (large shared bathroom) and our friends with no kids (on-suite) that joined us.

Lovely and peaceful to return to after hectic days in theme parks. Great to sit on balcony and watch sunset. Nice and close to pool to walk to. Great location. Lovely condo great host and hope to return one day soon defo 5 stars.

Unit was clean and very quiet. Elevators are nice for hauling bags up to the fourth floor. The pool area is great for all ages.

Large apartment with all the amenities of home. Location was excellent and close to everything. The pool and waterpark was great for all ages, water was clean and warm. The property grounds were well secured and has something for everyone.

Windsor Hills is a highly desirable, secure, gated community ideally located just 5 minutes from Walt Disney World’s main gate. It is also only 15 minutes from SeaWorld and Universal Studios, making it the perfect home base for all of Orlando’s top attractions.

Guests can easily explore nearby Gulf and Atlantic coastal destinations, including Busch Gardens and the Kennedy Space Center, along with a wide variety of recreational activities such as golfing and fishing.

For shopping and dining, the home is conveniently located just 10 minutes from popular outlet malls. A large nearby plaza at the corner of Highway 192 offers numerous restaurants, retail shops, and a 24-hour grocery store for added convenience.
