Emerald Isle condo. One of the best views on the entire island because it's on the 5th floor. Two bedroom with truly spectacular view of Beach and Ocean. Gated property. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, water park, mini-golf, go-carts. Full kitchen with everything you'll need (hopefully). Washer and dryer in unit. Views from master bedroom, kitchen, main living area, deck, and dining area. Pool. Tennis courts/ pickle ball courts, basketball hoop. Two beach access walks on property. Elevators. Basic cable, wireless internet, smart TV in each bedroom and living room. The perfect vacation getaway location. Luggage cart inside unit. Keyless entry. No-contact check-in/out.

This was our second year of staying in this great condo with the most beautiful views on the island! Location is perfect for the beach and nearby restaurants. We will be back - hopefully sooner than later!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was clean, comfortable, and the location was fantastic. The views and easy beach access were wonderful and helped us make the most even on rainy days by being able to run out to the beach when there was a break in the weather. Also very convenient access to shopping, activities and the rest of what Emerald Isle has to offer.

David is an excellent host! He made check in/check out very easy and responded quickly to my questions. His condo is clean and has everything you need for a wonderful vacation.We enjoyed a beautiful view of the ocean. The balcony is nice and spacious.The air conditioning worked well and kept us very comfortable during our stay. The kitchen appliances, washer and dryer and TV were easy to use also.I would recommend thiscondo to anyone.

We loved the updated condo and enjoyed our stay. We have stayed in the is building on a previous trip. We love the easy beach access and both pools. The kitchen was very basic and we had to borrow a can opener from a neighbor. Bed in master was super comfy. We would love to visit this condo again.

Clean, quiet property with a nicely updated kitchen. The host was very responsive. The location is central to practically anywhere we wanted or needed to go. The view of the beach was amazing and the beach itself was never packed. One word of advice - bring a Shibumi - a typical beach umbrella is no match for the coastal winds here. Oh and pay a visit to Village Ice Cream - trust me.

Great location to the beach and of the beach while on the balcony. Close to town and even walking distance to some stores and restaurants (we are an active family and don’t mind walking). Close to Bogue Pier which we spent a lot of time at. Highly recommended to stay here!!!

Great stay in Emerald Isle!

This place was perfect for our long weekend getaway. The location is awesome, and the view is spectacular. We had everything we needed and the host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay at this property again.

This 5th floor condo has an amazing view of both the beach and the ocean. From the deck, and even the living room you can enjoy the entire day watching the sunrise, beach, ocean, beach goers, boaters, and sunset. Some days when we are there, we don't even leave the condo because the view is so spectacular! Easy access due to two elevators in this building.
