Escape to this charming coastal colonial in the heart of Mystic's sought-after West Bank Historic District. Nestled on a quiet street just minutes from downtown, this beautifully updated home offers the perfect balance of peaceful privacy and easy access to Mystic's renowned restaurants, shops, waterfront, and attractions.

Set on a spacious half-acre, the property features a large backyard steps below the house perfect for relaxing or playing, along with a deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail while taking in peek-a-boo views of Mystic Harbor.

Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, multiple comfortable living spaces, Gigabit-speed Wi-Fi, and Smart TVs, making it easy to unwind or work remotely during your stay.

Upstairs, the primary suite features a queen bed and a beautifully renovated ensuite bathroom with soaking tub and luxury shower. Two additional bedrooms each offer queen beds, and include chair-futon suitable for a young child, extra sheets can be found in bedroom closets. These bedrooms share a second fully renovated luxary bathroom.

The top floor provides a dedicated workspace, offering a quiet spot for remote work or catching up on emails.

What a beautiful house. Back porch was a great place to have coffee and watch the sunrise. Great location and walkable to downtown restaurants and shops. The house has everything you need. Kitchen is perfect for cooking for our family. Thank you for a great stay! We loved our weekend there celebrating my son’s college graduation. Very close to Conn College!

The house was perfect for our family of 7! The beds were very comfortable and the living spaces provided a great space for us to relax. We were able to walk into Mystic in just a few minutes to grab food, ice cream, or shop. We loved sitting on the front porch swing and watching the butterflies in the garden!

This was a phenomenal home for my wife, me, and our three young children. The location could not be better. It's a quick walk to the center of town but located on a quiet side street where you see very little traffic. My kids enjoyed zipping up and down the street on their scooters and bikes each evening. The home itself is very well equipped. As someone who loves to cook and travels frequently with my family, this is perhaps the best stocked kitchen I've ever encountered. My wife and I both used the in-home gym, and the whole family enjoyed game nights in the basement. A lot of thought and care has gone in to making the house feel like home. We will definitely return the next time we have a reason to be in Mystic.

Terrific property

This home has been voted the best we’ve stayed at for this annual weekend by all members of my family. It is light and airy, very comfortable, and in a terrific location. The host couldn’t have been more responsive. We look forward to going back.

Beautiful house and one of the best rentals I've stayed in. It was stocked very well and the kitchen was especially fabulous. The temperature was comfortable throughout the house and we slept well in the bedrooms. The location was great; We walked to downtown Mystic in just a few minutes time. PS - One suggestion is to have a kitchen sponge or washcloth handy for dish washing...we did go buy one!

Great house!

We had a great stay in Mystic at this house! House is beautiful and a great location to downtown. Very clean and easy to communicate with the owner. Bunk bed room is probably best for teens or kids, but we did make out fine with just adults as well. Would highly recommend!

Home beautifully furnished. Within walking distance of downtown. Great space for teens on bottom floor. Comfortably fit our large family. Also enjoyed the big front porch and deck overlooking beautiful back yard.

Downtown is a 5 min walk. We also walked a 1/2 mile to the wedding venue. Nice clean house. No issues.

Beautiful property in a wonderful location

Lovely house with amazing views of Mystic. Very quiet and private street, a nice walk to town, and close to our favorite restaurants (Oyster Club and Sift). Plenty of bedrooms, the deck overlooking the property is beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. We didn’t use the kitchen but if we had wanted to it was very well stocked and gorgeous. Loved all the different options for coffee preparation!!!!

In-town elegant serenity!

This is a beautifully restored home a short walk to downtown Mystic. A wonderful layout with three bedrooms and two baths upstairs and a full bunkroom on the lower level. We especially loved the two separate living spaces - each with wide screen tvs. We also took full advantage of both dining areas, inside and on the expansive deck off the back of the house. And lastly, the updates to the kitchen and baths are spectacular. I've rented a number of units all over the country and seldom if ever seen a kitchen so well equipped. And always the finest quality available!. The first thing the kids said on the ride home was 'when can we come back!

The charming colonial is a perfect getaway for a large family or group stay! The accommodations are fabulous. We were a group of 11 family members (5 of which were children ages 4-9). The basement bunk room is perfect, the living space is roomy, the outdoor space is plentiful and the house is clean and comfortable. I felt like everything we could think of that we needed was available at our fingertips. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and useful tools. The hosts were AMAZING! We noted we only found one trash bag and they had a new box delivered first thing the next morning. They were communicative, kind, and considerate. We had one small hiccup during our stay and the hosts did everything to make it right and then some. The location is awesome! Close to all Mystic has to offer and walking distance to the cute downtown area (was able to BBQ at the house and walk downtown for ice cream and live music by the drawbridge). Absolutely recommend this for a large party staying in the Mystic area!

We had the absolute best stay in Mystic for my brothers wedding. We had 4 adults and 5 kids stay very comfortably in the home. We were able to easily walk to town for shopping and restaurants. It is the most picturesque town and the house feels straight out of a storybook. It had everything we needed for a long weekend.

My husband and I are both of European roots but have lived most of our lives on the East Coast of the United States. We now spend time in Europe, Florida, and this wonderful home in Mystic that we extend to our guests when we are not here. My husband and I speak several languages, so please feel invited wherever you are from.
