This incredible Executive Access home is located in the prestigious Watercolor community. With access to all of the resort amenities and locations within you're vacation experience will be unparalleled! Create wonderful family memories and enjoy a relaxing vacation where everything is seamlessly taken care of. You're Watercolor amenity passes are included in your reservation at no additional cost which includes Tennis, Beach Club, Access to 6 pools and a lazy river, The Watercolor Boathouse and more!

1261 Western Lake Dr

The stay was great, but access to the emenities via golf cart or vehicle required us to pay and that resulted in a lot of headache running us back and forth to the beach and beach club. We got two warnings placed on our golf carts which was frustrating. Other than that, it was great! I wish Watercolor can work to improve their parking situations for guests.

Doodlebug Cottage Stay

This property needs refreshing - the sofas, chairs, rugs, carpets are all dirty/stained. The house needs painting throughout and is really in poor shape. It was also very dusty and I had to clean the blinds and have the property manager come back to clean the air vent which was very thick with dust. This was an expensive property in great location - the home was also not ready on my arrival - it was missing many things. Very disappointed. It is a beautiful house that needs to be cared for better.

Great Summer Beach Trip

Very nice home with extremely close access to Camp Watercolor pools and short bike ride to the beach…great time was had by the whole family!

This home was beautiful and conveniently located to all of the amenities. Shopping and restaurants were all within walking/biking distance.

Good place to stay

My group really enjoyed the house, very comfortable clean and nice to gather in. Easy walk to Seaside, and the Watercolor pools are amazing. Also enjoyed the basketball and playing field just around the corner at Camp Watercolor
