Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location, walkable to a lot of entertainment options, walkable to the beach, clean rooms, 5 parking spots reserved, and nice to have 5 separate units all connected. Each unit came well supplied with everything we needed. Overall our group would definitely stay here again.

Great for a group

The space is perfect for a large group or friends or multiple couples. Multiple bathrooms/showers plus kitchens made it great for getting ready and cooking. Proximity to the casinos was perfect for entertaing!

Great for family

This rental was the perfect spot for our family trip. It was so nice for everyone to have their own space, but to be able to come together in the common area to enjoy the hot tub or sit around the fire pit. The rooms were clean and had all necessary amenities. The location was phenomenal— walking distance to everything we needed in Heavenly or Lakeside Beach (the beach shuttle will even pick you up and drop you off at this rental).

Good location. Awful check in experience

Showers were solid. Provided shampoo and body wash powder was horrible- hard to use and lasted 1 day for a 5 day trip Water pressure in 1 was very weak. Heating was good but very drying- need some kind of humidifier Check in experience was terrible. Was given 1 code for 5 apartments. Called and was given additional codes which didn’t work. Eventually worked out that the codes Vacasa had for apartments A-E didn’t correspond to the actual apartments which are numbered 1-5.

Men’s ski weekend

Had a great time despite the insane amount of snow. This property is in a great location and the hot tub is clutch. It would be nice to have access to the washer/dryer, so be wary that you won’t have the ability to dry any wet clothes!

Winter, South Lake Tahoe - Checking In

Check in is un-clear when you rent all 5 units. The 4 digit code is for the key boxes outside each unit. The 10 digit code is for the actual door code. Mel (host) will text you the 5 10 digit codes, but not until after your check in time. It's best to call the vacasa support the morning of your check in once your check in email arrives and specifically ask for the 10 digit codes. The instructions on the listing are incorrect.

Holiday Ski Trip

reat and town is lovely. Check in process was terrible though, we were emailed a single code for unit 1 and spent several hours in the snow troubleshooting and on hold trying to get the other 4 we needed. Customer service calls actually dropped several times resulting in us wasting more of our stay trying just to get in. The TV in unit 5 was not receiving service. There was a leak in the roof in unit 3 that dripped water onto the bed so we had to put them on the couches in other rooms. A rain gutter also fell in front of the main unit resulting in a large icy puddle right in front of the main entrance. Overall an OK stay but our group wouldn’t stay here again. For $2k a night over the holiday season, we were left wanting with some of the issues listed above.

Would recommend

Checking in wasn’t smooth was given wrong code in email. Had to call and wait on phone to get the right code instructions was given wrong and unclear. Very spacious and clean…. Floors could be a bit cleaner but otherwise was great. Loved how rooms were separated for quite time and privacy.

Tremendous!

House(s) we’re outstanding! Great location! The property guy (Nick) was great. Only needed him for short period of time but he was available. Only couple of minor glitches. We might book it again next year around the 4th and/or golf tournament.
