Custom Beachfront Home, Oceanfront Oasis to relax and recharge.

This is a custom built oceanfront home with spectacular views of the distinctive blue green waters of the Atlantic Ocean and pristine beaches of Emerald Isle. Our expansive deck allows everyone room to spread out enjoying the ocean breeze and either the sun or shade, you decide! Two outdoor showers for your convenience.
This spacious home has all the amenities you will need. Feel free to use any of our beach gear, chairs, tents, toys.

You can grill outdoors on the deck or enjoy using our top of the line Thermador gas range. Of course you are only 10-15 minutes from the wonderful local restaurants of EI if you choose not to cook.

Washing off that sun and sand is easily accommodated in either of the two large walk in tile showers. No need to worry about running out of hot water either as we have a tankless hot water heater.

Our home is just 6 miles from Emerald Isle town center where you will find restaurants, shopping, a movie theater, mini golf, post office, and Bogue Inlet Pier. Swansboro, Morehead City, and Beaufort are all easy drives and are fun to explore. Hammocks Beach State Park, the North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Fort Macon offer great activities for the whole family. Bring your bikes and ride on the bike path that stretches the length of Emerald Isle.

We typically require 7 day stays during peak season but are happy to try to accommodate your desired length of stay, just message me!

ホストからの要望として、宿泊者はチェックアウトの前に以下を完了する必要があります :
食器洗い機をセットし、スタートさせる
使用済みのベッドリネンをすべて剥がす、使用済みのタオルをまとめておく
私物を持ち帰る、食べ残しや飲み残しを捨てる、ごみを出す
消灯する、ドアの鍵をかける
これらを完了しない場合、オーナーから否定的な評価を受ける可能性があります。
Windows and doors are to remain closed at all times. You are responsible for any damage/repair resulting from violating this rule.
The door to the Oceanfront deck opens on right side only. The left side is fixed. Turn handle toward ceiling and turn knob to lock/unlock.
Doors are on sensors. HVAC will stop if they are left open. Please be sure to snug them up. Please use our foot path to the beach, staying off dunes.

House was very nice. Beach was great. Hardly anyone around which we love. Very quiet street. Mostly residential not really anywhere you can walk to for food or shops. Ft. Macon was interesting. Lots of history there. Overall we had a good time and it was very relaxing.

The house was beautifully appointed, kitchen with everything we needed, comfortable bedrooms and baths. The ocean views all over the house were stunning. There were no shops nearby; it is 9 miles to the nearest grocery and shops. But we enjoyed both Emerald Isle shopping and Atlantic Beach shopping which is just about 11 miles away. We did find good local shrimp near by.

The ocean views from the home were spectacular with easy private access to the shoreline. The home was clean and modern. The owner, Penny, was very welcoming and made sure our stay was comfortable.
