Disappointed in cleanliness.
Rating Details:
The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
Last year we rented through you and were extremely happy. This year however cleanliness was an issue! Not only were the hard surfaces not swept well, behind nightstands and under one of the beds on the carpet were dried out contract lenses! We had to re-launder towels upon arrival because there were black short curly hairs throughout them. And the cooking pans! They were so unbelievably scratched that they were toxic to cook with! The property location was great and had nice possibilities but one shouldn’t have to clean so much on vacation and when paying so much.
