This sanctuary will lift your spirits while you gaze out the large windows at the lush greenery and are relaxed by the peaceful sounds of the gentle waterfall from the stream below. Nestled in a quiet, pristine, prestigious neighborhood; we welcome you to relax, take in this dreamy paradise, and breathe in the fresh ocean air. You are welcome to enjoy the scenic yard and common outdoor areas on the property including picturesque outdoor eating areas and lounge chairs in the yard. BBQ grill is welcome to our guests. Your suite includes a private deck and quaint outdoor dish washing station for your convenience. A short walk to famous beaches and the upscale yet adorable Corona Del Mar village with amazing restaurants and shops. Walk 10 minutes to Little Corona Del Mar State Beach and only a few minutes drive to Crystal Cove and Pelican Hill. Kitchenette amenities include a mini fridge, microwave, and toaster oven. Whether a romantic getaway, solo workation, or friends’ retreat, whatever your reason you will find the beautiful surroundings therapeutic and perfect for self care. Please feel free to ask for any local recommendations as we adore this community we call home. We hope you too will make yourself at home and enjoy the beach lifestyle!

A small getaway

Full of lush nature, serene and peaceful.

We absolutely loved our short visit and will definitely come back again. The location was very convenient to everything yet very private and quiet.

Wonderful little gem in a fabulous location!

Walkable and a short drive to so many activities; beaches, boating, restaurants, hiking trails, shopping. The yard and room were so tranquil and peaceful with the background sound of running water and green foliage. Recommend!!

quick get-away

decided to spend a couple nights in Newport Beach area and we could not have picked a better place - as we love crystal cove park (walking distance) and the neighboring restaurants which were a short drive from home base. Very quiet and it felt like we were living in a tree house. Saw some interesting birds on the grounds as a bonus.

Christmas Eve and Day

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The property is set back in a very picturesque setting. Very beautiful and quaint. My only complaint is that we heard all the noise from upstairs. There is a permanent family living upstairs. When the kids fight, we could hear ever word.

Little Oasis

Serenity was calm and peaceful. Enjoyed the ability to walk to shops and beach. Excellent location. Highly recommend if want simplicity and relaxing experience.

Peaceful sanctuary, windows looking out to an array of trees. Walking distance to restaurants and breathtaking beaches(perfect for tidepooling). Clean linens and comfy bed. Backyard is a fascinating knoll by a creek.
