Summary:
No 319 is a one bedroom, one bathroom condo located on the 3rd floor, and the amazing ocean views make the stairs worth it! A family of 6 can enjoy the cozy gas fireplace before retiring to a King bed in the bedroom, or claim the queen bed or sleeper sofa in the living room for the soothing ocean white noise. And if you want to save some money, this condo has a full kitchen! Wi-Fi and cable are provided by the HOA, and our location is oceanfront with easy access for a day of fun on the beach.

The Space:
No 319 is a one bedroom, one bathroom condo located on the 3rd floor, and the amazing ocean views make the stairs worth it! A family of 6 can enjoy the cozy gas fireplace before retiring to a king bed in the bedroom, or claim the queen bed or sleeper sofa in the living room for the soothing ocean white noise. And if you want to save some money, this condo has a full kitchen! Wi-Fi and cable are provided by the HOA, and our location is oceanfront with easy access for a day of fun on the beach.

Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 28 steps required to access the unit.

Getting Around:
Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.

Other Things to Note:
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Interaction with Guests:
D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

The property itself is great and we have stayed many times but the condo we rented was horrible. It was very dated. The beds were horrible. The room smelled nauseating when we first arrived. This only improved after 2 days of airing out the condo.

Great oceanfront location

Great beachfront location. The interior is a little worn, and the bathroom needs upgrades (rust in sink, non-functioning vent). The master bedroom is noisy with highway sounds. Unanticipated (and no forewarning) power outage and closing of half the parking lot for re-sealing while I was there. Would have been nice for that to have been disclosed at booking (which was only a few days prior to arrival). Office was closed whenever I tried to stop, except for last day.

Laine, thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your stay in unit 319, For Shore. I'm glad you got to enjoy some amazing ocean views from our oceanfront location here in Lincoln City. We took over management just before the busy summer season, and we're actively in the process of upgrading units with input from the owners. With over 63 individually owned and unique condos, that's a considerable undertaking. We'll take your feedback into consideration when planning for 319! The parking lot resealing was an HOA project, and we sent out notice of the parking lot project the same day that the HOA made us aware of it. We were inconvenienced by the short notice as well, and we did our best to communicate and be flexible for those people impacted. The power outage was unfortunate, but that was not something anybody planned on happening and was not related to the parking lot resealing. We were taken by surprise as well, and we would have warned guests if we had any forewarning! The office was closed to walk-in guests during some maintenance; however, as the sign on the doors and windows said, there was on-site staff available by call, text, or email everyday, even if the doors were locked. I'm sorry this stay with us was so eventful, but we're excited to be working with the HOA and unit owners to improve this location a little at a time. Thank you again for your feedback. Even the negative comments help us plan as we move forward with our projects. I hope you'll consider staying with us again at a calmer time, and maybe you'll find a different unit is the perfect place to relax and enjoy those ocean views!

Perfect getaway!

Love the room, it was clean and inviting. The view was spectacular, we had the 3rd floor- we watched the king tides. Only suggestion: replace the electrical outlets, most are really loose and plugged in appliances or chargers fall out.

LOVE staying at the D Sands!! Been going there for at least 39 years! The oceanfront view and location is great!! Love having a fireplace in the room. Also love having a full sized kitchen and a full sized refrigerator and freezer. Plus, having the spare bedroom is great. The bed in the living room was comfy and nice to have the ocean view from it. The room was quiet, you couldn't hear your neighbors, but, some HWY 101 traffic noise was to be expected. It was nice to have, and easy to use, the keyless entry. The only reason my rating wasn't 5 Stars is because there was a large, cracked, rusted stain in the bathroom sink and we couldn't get the regular cable channels (CNN, ESPN, etc.) and the local channels to work. There needs to be instructions left on the coffee table for which remote control to use and how to switch between the Live TV, Cable TV, Local Channels, etc. Also, need a list of what the channel numbers are for CNN, ESPN, etc. We could only get some strange “IP” channels, like 6 different ABC channels (Sacramento affiliate, etc.) to work briefly after much flipping around with the remotes. With those strange “IP” channels, you literally had to scroll through 800 channels, with no “search” screen to jump directly to a channel.

Great experience!
