Summary:

Explore Lincoln City from a stunning oceanfront condo at D Sands! 217 is a beautiful 2nd floor, one bedroom suite that offers up to 6 people amazing ocean views from the balcony, and a full kitchen stocked with everything you need. Sleep like a King in the bedroom, or claim the queen bed or sleeper sofa in the living room for the ocean's soothing white noise. A cozy gas fireplace in the living room completes the picture. We also give you access to the HOA's Wi-Fi and cable.



The Space:

Explore Lincoln City from a stunning oceanfront condo at D Sands! 217 is a beautiful 2nd floor, one bedroom suite that offers up to 6 people amazing ocean views from the balcony, and a full kitchen stocked with everything you need. Sleep like a King in the bedroom, or claim the queen bed or sleeper sofa in the living room for the ocean's soothing white noise. A cozy gas fireplace in the living room completes the picture. We also give you access to the HOA's Wi-Fi and cable.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.



This is a 2nd floor unit, there are 14 steps required to access the unit.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

Property was in a great central location steps away from the beach very cute decor and very open

We had a very relaxing trip parking was a bit tight for larger vehicles but the location was amazing

Family trip

We enjoyed our stay. The bed in the bedroom was huge and comfy. The kitchen was stocked well. You can't beat the central location.

Good location

Everything was as described. The view was great and check in and check out was very easy. The pots and pans have seen better days so be prepared if cooking alot but not a big deal in the scale of your stay. We enjoyed ourselves and the location was great.

Ocean out your back door

We had an amazing time, we wanted to stay longer. We had everything we needed for all five nights. So happy we picked this location, we saw sea lions off the back deck😁

Stay was good and room was very nice. Didn't use pool and hot tub was taped off that was something that should of been said but otherwise would think about coming back soon

We hope the ocean views were beautiful for your birthday stay! Unfortunately, the HOA has full jurisdiction over the pool and hot tub, and both of those can be closed without notice for maintenance or safety reasons. We do our best to keep our own materials up to date, but they don't have to notify us either. We're hoping after some major repairs that such closures will be infrequent moving forward. Thank you again for the review of your stay with us. We appreciate hearing from our guests, and we wish you the best on all your travels!

Perfect for our family of 6

My husband and I brought our 4 kids (ages 6 - 14) and stayed for 3 nights. Beautiful, fun, and great! Only complaint was the smoke alarm kept going off any time we cooked anything - in the toaster, oven, or microwave.

Perfect. on the beach. Watched Sunset every night from balcony. Condo was comfy, roomy and kitchen was well equipped. Will book again.

Just what we needed!

Rented this for part of our honeymoon. Rental was just as stated. We loved our time here. It was nice, clean, had everything we needed. Uncomfy beds but great blankets and pillows. The people at the office we talked to a few times were really nice and helpful!

Bed could use some type of pad. Parking was tough. Condo was normal. The view is what you're paying for!

Ocean front and pool!

The place was clean and well-stocked. Love the ocean views from the window/door/balcony, and the pool with hot tub was a hit with my family. Comfortable space for adults and children. The fireplace was not working but the host emailed me in advance and offered a discount since it was not fixed. The communication with the host was very good, prompt, and assuring. Thanks for a nice stay all around!

Gorgeous view!

The view is absolutely amazing! In the listing it stated pool and hot tub which we were very excited about, it also stated instructions on how to get into the pool room on our check in email. We got our swim suites on and headed down to get into the hot tub to find a note on the door saying it was closed and would be for a few days. My main frustration is that we were never notified on the pool closure and one of these reasons we booked there was because of the hot tub.

Unfortunately a pump broke in the pool which made it unsafe for use. We are trying to get it up and running as soon as possible. We did provide out guests with another location to swim at, as we understand that this may have put a damper on their stay. We hope you will give us another chance to impress you.

Great view

Not the cleanest place. Tv remote battery was dead. There is a big hole on the right side of the bed in the living room ( seemed like a dog chewed a hole in the memory foam). There was dog hair all over the unit. Tried to call manager a couple times with no answer . With all that being said the place was decent. Not as nice as the pictures but not that bad if you can get past the few things that get looked over by there team. One thing I will say is you can’t beat the view.

Great Place, Next to the Beach

We had such a great stay. This our second time staying here. The room was clean and spacious and the deck provides such a great view of the beach. The deck can use some TLC, but maybe they'll get to it eventually. We enjoyed having the option to cook in the kitchen or to go out to eat. Most importantly, we loved sleeping in the living room with the window/door open to hear the beach as white noise, and to wake up to the water crashing onto the beach. Lastly, the swimming pool and hot tub were great. Cons: - the living room bed had a dip in it and made it very uncomfortable to sleep on. My wife woke up with back pains the first night, I woke up with back pains the second night. I let the front desk know, but they said they didn't have any beds to replace it. - the kitchen only had two pans and they were not good our eggs and bacon got stuck to the pans and it was difficult to cook on. - We turned fireplace on at night, which it kept turning off and on on its own. After a couple of hours doing this, we decided not to use it. Other than that, we loved this place and will definitely stay here again.

Great Place To Stay

My wife and I generally travel to a new location each day on our vacations. This time we decided to stay in one location and make day trips around the area. This worked out great. We went up and down the coast but had a consistent place to return to each night. On our second night the neighbors next to us were smoking on their balcony. I had to keep the door and window closed all night because of the strong smell. Before I had a chance to report it to the property manager in the morning, I had an email from them reminding all guests there is no smoking allowed in the rooms or on the balconies. We had no further issues. I appreciated their promptness in dealing with this. This is an older building and not fancy, but it was clean, quiet and as represented in the listing. At times the waves were reaching within 20 feet of the sea wall just below our room. I spent a fair amount of time on the balcony just watching the waves. The beach access was close, and I could be walking on the beach in less than a minute from our room. My wife and I were happy with the rental and will stay here again in the future.
