This beautiful 2 bedroom home is located close to everything Wilmington has to offer. Located 6 miles from Wrightsville, 4 miles to downtown Wilmington, a mile from UNCW and 3 miles to Screen Gems studios. Plenty of shopping close by as well as a plethora of dining opportunities. Our home is located on a nice quite street and has a large fenced yard for your K9 friends to enjoy. Everything you need for a weekend or several week stay is provided.

Very nice, cozy cottage. Everything one needs is there. Fenced in back yard for dogs. It’s close to lots of amenities on Market Street and a short drive to downtown. Craig is a very accommodating host. We’d certainly stay there again.

Very nice house & location. Just minutes from downtown Wilmington. Live Oak Pavilion is right there as well. The host was super friendly and gave us great recommendations.

Everything was great!! The cottage is so cute and clean, it had literally everything you would need for a stay. Huge plus with beach items already being there. Far exceeded my expectations, 10/10 we would definitely stay again!

Fall Break Vacation

Had a great stay with our two dogs, the yard is great and having a very tall fence was important for us. Location also great, 10 minute drive to downtown Wilmington and about 15 minute drive to Wrightsville Beach, 10/10 would stay again!

Great Stay, Friendly Host

Host is very responsive, he even was accommodating when we left a day early due to bad burns and a sick child. Wonderful stay and cute cottage.

Amazing, clean property in a good location of Wilmington. My wife and I stayed here and everything was perfect. Highly recommend. Sizable yard if traveling with pets as well. We highly enjoyed our stay.
