However, keep in mind that this building is a wood frame building and noise does transmit through the floors. Located within walking distance to the hub of Indian Rocks Beach, Ocean Side 202 is perfect for those wishing to explore the area on foot. This unit has a King in the master, two Twins in the second bedroom, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room. It has 3 TVs, a DVD player, and a fully equipped kitchen. This unit is equipped with an in-unit washer and dryer and WIFI for guests' use. The property offers a heated swimming pool for guests' use until dusk.

Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
