Oceanfront views of the Atlantic welcome you as you enter this three bedroom, two bath condo overlooking all that Daytona Beach has to offer. The wrap around balcony is the perfect place to take in the sights and maybe even a launch from Kennedy Space Center.

Located in the quieter, northern part of Daytona Beach, just south of Ormond Beach and one mile north of the boardwalk and pier, Horizons Condo provides unobstructed, breathtaking views all around. Offering assigned underground parking, 24 hour surveillance, keyed entry, on-site management, cable television and Wifi in every room, beachfront communal pool, fitness center, and sauna, what more could you ask for.

**UPDATES - There is an ongoing concrete restoration project for the building. The North end of the building is currently being worked on since August '22. This unit is located on the South end of the building where noise can be heard during work hours of M-F 8 AM - 5 PM weather permitting. POOL IS OPEN and temporary beach stairs are complete and ready for use.

Outdated

The condo was in desperate need of updating. There was a musky smell to the condo. There should be a Keurig coffee maker but there wasn’t so I had to go one. There was no ramp leading down to to the beach. And there were people who put their canopies up right in front of the steps leading down to the beach which made it hard for everyone to go down the stairs! For the price of the condo I really expected it to be better than it actually was!

Clean and right on the beach

The property was very clean and the beach was just an elevator trip down. Daytona in general left a little to be desired but thats no fault of the property. Would look to stay here again if I find myself staying in Daytona:)
