This lovely renovated condo and upgraded kitchen boasts comfort and simplicity. After a full day at the nearby beach, come home to the relaxation of the living area. Turn on one of the 4 new smart TV's and enjoy viewing a favorite show or movie. Or curl up with a good book and catch up on some reading. When hunger strikes, take advantage of the well-appointed kitchen with all the necessary appliances to make delicious meals.

Enjoy the proximity to Rehoboth Beach and several great restaurants. This splendid retreat is within walking distance of Schellville, which hosts the Lookout Summer Festival (June), Fall Harvest Fest (October), Kids Spooktacular (October), Wicked Brew Bash (October), and Enchanted Winter Celebration (November/December).

Roomy. Met all our needs. Everything worked. Hole in the screen of the enclosed deck but we didn’t use the deck so it didn’t matter to us. Great location. Great pool.

Great Spot!

We stayed here for four days and it was great for our party of 6. Close to the beaches, restaurants and shopping. The complex was quiet and relaxing. The unit was super clean and comfortably decorated. Would definitely look at availability again when we return to Rehoboth

Nice stay

The property was nice the only downfall was being on the second floor which if we stay again we would stay on the third. To much running above us the entire time they were in the apartment. Even when asked the very first day to try and not let them run back and forth. Other than that good stay and good location for everything you might want tot do.

Excellent property

Easy to get to, super clean property exactly like pictures with listing. Management company was easy to reach and fast to resolve any issues. Highly recommend. We stayed in a heatwave and the AC was stable, pool was warm and clean. Definitely would stay here again.

Great condo very clean

We had a great time, the listing was listed exactly how you see it in pictures as how it looks in real life. It was spacious. It was very clean. It had more than enough towels and extra sheets. The pool was clean and close and warm. We stayed during a heat wave so the pool was handy and the AC kept up in the hundred degree temperatures we were never uncomfortable. Management was very quick and responding to us when we had a question. it’s convenient for shopping restaurants and super close to the beach. Would stay here again.

This property unit we rented is managed by Vacasa (national property managers). The unit was spacious and clean. There is a pool on the property and a 10 min drive to Rehobeth Beach and boardwalk. Tanger outlets are spread along this road both across the street and w/in 5 min drive. The National Vacasa mgt/Guest Services was not helpful at all in resolving a hot water issue (it just needed to be turned on), or how to access the pool but they eventually connected us with their ‘local team’ and they were amazing - it just took a bit to actually be connected with the local team. We had two young children with us (3 and under) and there was a lot of traffic noise day and night-white noise machines helped somewhat but not completely. There were lots of bicyclists but I wouldn’t recommend this for children-the road is a main thoroughfare to the beach and very busy. The shops in Rehobeth Beach/boardwalk area were nice but many closed by 6pm - maybe hours change later in summer (we were there first weekend in June). We also found Delaware Seashore State Park (about 20 min drive) to be a better beach esp. w/kids because it was less busy than the more touristy Rehobeth Beach/boardwalk area and parking was less of an issue. It was 5 (DE resident) or 10 (out of state) for all day parking. Overall for a long weekend trip, it was a mostly positive experience.

Race Week-end

A great place to stay. The house was very nice. The weather on Friday was rainy and windy and the place was loud and noisy. Wish we had more trash bags. I recommend this place for a nice stay.

Very clean and close to everything

Came down for our annual Christmas shopping trip and stay at this location. I was very clean and spacious and close to all the outlets and restaurants. There were lots of sleeping space. The only thing I would suggest is to have a tv in the main living area you could use your personal streaming device. Only one bedroom had a tv you could stream channels. The other thing was the living area lamps did not work. There was recessed lighting and other lighting. Besides that the time there was great.

Family Visit

The condo was spacious and very centrally located. The mattresses need to be updated along with bedding. Complex was quiet. The property managers were great to work with. Overall good stay just wish we could have had a better night sleep. Would definitely stay again if bedding is updated.

Great place, convenient location!

The condo is perfect for a small to medium sized family, very open and comfortable. Once you learn the lay of the land you’ll find beaches minutes away as well as the Rehoboth boardwalk area. You’re minutes from the outlets, restaurants and other attractions. The highway can get crowded however it’s not worth multiples of the cost to stay in a more downtown spot. The complex pool is the perfect spot keep kids busy - we’re looking forward to booking again!

Good place but so loud!

We liked the location of the condo as well as the amenities. It was not overly crowded and the pool was very nice. The worst part was the neighbors - the walls are so thin and the upstairs neighbors were terribly loud. I would stay at the resort again but would only opt for a 3rd floor space.

Very clean and looks exactly as described!

I loved how clean and spacious the place was and everything was on one level. They had basically everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The one thing I didn’t like was the noise from the people upstairs. I was awakened each morning by a little kid running across the floor, screaming. I could also hear whenever someone was peeing or showering as if they were in our bathroom! But overall we enjoyed our stay here!

Great place to stay

This is such a nice property. It is in a great location right on the strip near the outlets and restaurants and a short drive from the beach. The space was very modern and clean and had all necessary amenities. The pool area was fabulous and there was even an outdoor deck attached to the apartment. Perfect space for a family of 6. We would highly recommend it!

Race Weekend Getaway

Booked this property for the Dover NASCAR weekend for me and 4 friends. It was perfect for our needs, allowing us to make breakfast each morning, hang out together, enjoy the warm weather in the screened deck, and rest comfortably. The location was ideal for a straight drive up to Dover, with access to great breweries and the beach no more than a few miles away. It met all our needs and took so much stress out of the trip, allowing us to really enjoy our vacation. Highly recommend this property for its price, convenience, and cleanliness, especially for any trips to the area during the non-peak season. We’ll look to book it again for the race next year.
