Great place, easy to maneuver around and get to beach. Great place to hang out and with no need to leave, but also a good central location between downtown and La Jolla/del mar areas!

Could not have chosen a better place to stay in the area, already can’t wait to be back! The view alone was worth the stay but all the little details and thought put into the place made it that much better.

Perfect location, amazing view

This property is so wonderful and the location couldn't be better. We checked in at 3pm and were on the beach by 3:30pm. The condo is well stocked with all the stuff you need for the beach - chairs, beach towels, a big tote to carry stuff, so it was so easy to just grab it and go. The host was super responsive, communication was great, condo was spotlessly clean. Would absolutely stay here again.

Relaxing by the sea

Beautiful and comfortable condo! We loved sitting looking out the window watching the waves, surfers and dolphins. Looking forward to visiting again!

Beautiful!

We stayed for four nights and it was delightful! Right on the beach with access to a pool too. Rowena was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend! One thing to note, is that the beds are very soft, which I loved, but my husband did not.

Hi Jennifer, I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay! You were wonderful to work with and a pleasure to host. I also need good mattress support, so your comment surprised me -- in which room did he sleep? I wish I had known while you were still there! The front bedroom has a very expensive firm gel memory foam mattress that is fairly new, on a custom-built bedframe; the back bedroom has a brand new (less than a year old) firm king mattress from Crate & Barrel on a platform frame. Neither bed has any added toppers. Perhaps the contouring and pressure relief of the gel foam made it feel 'soft'? We also provide an assortment of pillows to help ensure quality sleep for guests. Beautiful Beach Getaway

The property was just as advertised. A wonderful place to stay with a fantastic view and comfy furniture. The location was perfect on Pacific Beach and walkable to many restaurants. We loved watching the surfers and the dolphins everyday.

Rowena is a great host and the condo WOW! Ocean breeze, views, beautiful and easy walking.

The condo was exactly like the pictures, clean, updated & breath taking. If only they could have provided the sounds of the waves at night that would have been an added bonus.

Beautiful beach condo

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo with a spectacular view of the ocean. It was a quick walk to lots of restaurants and even to a grocery store. Communication with the owner was great. We would book again at this condo.
