The luxury condo comes with 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, office workspace and spacious lanai to enjoy the beautiful garden view with fresh breeze! The interior features a modern, upscaled design, a 75" Smart TV, ceiling fan in every room, central AC and fast WiFi! You will love the private club house that includes a large swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, and plenty BBQ areas. Gaze the grounds and enjoy the tropical landscaping about you as the trade winds cool and the palm trees sway. Poipu is a perfect location to have fun in the Sun with great easy hikes along the coast! Come and make this your Home away from Home! You will not be disappointed!

Parents: we have a well-known brand Highchair, Pack N' Play, and kid utensils (see pictures).

Beach goers: we have Life Jackets, Beach Umbrellas, Beach Towels, Boogie Boards and a Cooler. This will allow you to have a relaxing beach experience for all (see pictures).

The mud stains everything it touches and sticks like glue. It clogs the washer machines so please don't run muddy clothes and shoes straight through.

Family-friendly Poipu Stay

We loved all the family-friendly amenities the owners provided, from portable cribs to plastic dinnerware for babies to a wide range of pool and beach toys. The unit really felt like a comfortable home that the owners use themselves instead of a sterile rental unit. There was a plumbing problem when we first arrived but the owners were very proactive and got it fixed for us immediately. We would definitely stay here again. Big Mahalo!

Lovely, Spacious Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beach equipment and 3 hiking poles were MUCH appreciated. There were a number of attentive extras that contributed to the comfort of our stay. Luggage racks were readily available. A filtered water pitcher in the refrigerator came in handy. Amenities like coffee, coffee filters, sugar, and condiments were very helpful. A walk to the beach would be a trek. We would drive, as there were not sidewalks all along the route. Stores in Poipu are expensive with limited selection. Definitely stop at the Safeway in Lihue for grocery shopping. Our Suburban-sized car seemed too big for the garage, so the extra parking space was very helpful. Overall, the unit was very clean, without ants. We would stay there again when we return to Kauai. Our hosts were very communicative and helpful before and during our stay. Thank you, Charles and Connie.

Best stay ever!

I've stayed in many vacation rentals - but none can compare to this listing in Koloa, Kauai. It was truly amazing! Clean, spacious and well furnished - it had everything we needed for our family vacation. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and couldn't have asked for more - we kept commenting throughout our stay about how fabulous the house was for us. In addition to ample water and beach gear - I was most appreciative of the way the kitchen was really ready to support a family vacation. Most places have the basics - but this house had more than that....I was most impressed by the spices and basic ingredients that were there for our use. It made a huge difference! Charles and Connie were outstanding hosts - both before and during our stay. Easy communication and a hospitable approach to everything. I can't recommend this enough!! Thank you!

Perfect Kauai Family Spot

Everything was exactly as we would have wanted. We wouldn’t have changed a single thing. So well stocked and just perfection.

Great family place!

The space was clean and welcoming. The neighborhood was quiet and close to most everything you could need. We walked to the nearby shopping center almost everyday. We loved all of the extras for our toddler, tons of swim toys!

Wonderful experience

Stayed here with my husband and our 3 year old and another family with a 1 year old. It was such a nice place to stay. Charles and Connie make sure you have all the swim, snorkel and beach stuff you’ll need. Plus a stocked kitchen with seasonings, spices, oils and condiments as well as paper products and baby plates and utensils. The bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner and soap. Plenty of room for both families and a nice pool area with grills and a small baby pool. This place was great!! Would definitely recommend!!!
