There is a fully appointed kitchen with all appliances, but I request that you leave the kitchen in the same condition that you found the kitchen. If i need to clean the kitchen we charge $25.00/hr. to restore to original condition.

Guests that are not identified in the original booking require permission to access the premises
Booking guest agrees to send gov. photo ID. To hosts phone and host will respond with the entry code.
Any (extra) guest(s) that stays without being declared at booking or prior to arrival will be charged$60.00/person/night for the extra trouble involved in filing a claim for extra charges.

Smoking/vaping is not allowed in the premises.. Persons violating this condition will be subject to the cost of smoke mitigation and remediation, or, a fine of three hundred dollars ($300.00), whichever is higher. Smoking is allowed outside, however, all traces of cigarettes must be removed/discarded by guests.
