Exactly as described

Needed a last minute place to stay for an event. This property was exactly as described, and the price was great considering the timing. The host was very communicative. The room was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely rent this place again if I have another Ballard stay.

I arrived to a room with a unmade bed and used towels. I was told so many times come afte 3 so we can clean appropriately then I show up after 330 tona room that isbused or double booked or somone else had the door code. Either way really upset. Now i need to spend weeks trying to get a refund.

Ballard House/ 8 rooms?

Newer property, clean, great bed, however someone in house up entertaining until 2 in the morning! Grrr!
