Beachfront 2BR/2BA 3rd floor condo with miles and miles of beautiful white sandy beaches and crystal blue waters. Spectacular views from large balcony, common areas and Primary BR. King bed in Primary, 2 Queen beds in BR2 and sleeper sofa in LR. Flat screen TVs in LR Fully equipped kitchen, WiFi 2 outdoor hot tubs & pools, indoor heated pool, arcade, movie theater, gym, restaurant, coffee shop on-site; Covered Parking, 24-hr security on site; Short walk to Pier Park and shopping. Must be 25 years old to book.

This luxury condo is located on the 3rd floor and in the center of the building so your beach view from the living room, dining room, kitchen and Primary bedroom is spectacular. The Primary bedroom has its own private sliding glass doors that open up to the balcony. Upgraded sheets and towels make your stay even more luxurious.

The parking garage is monitored by security 24/7 and is located across the street from Tidewater Beach Resort. The walkover is located on Floor 2.

Tidewater Beach Resort is situated on the beach and located 1/2 mile from Pier Park where you can shop, play and dine. Tidewater has a restaurant on-site, a Tiki Bar at the East Pool, a coffee shop and frozen daiquiris and gift shop at the West Pool, a heated indoor pool, outdoor hot tubs located at the East and West pools, an arcade and a 4800 sq.ft. workout facility. The workout facility has two indoor therapeutic roman spas, a men and womens dressing/locker room with showers, dry saunas and steam rooms in each available to our guests. An outdoor grill area is also available to our guests equipped with charcoal grills and picnic tables and umbrellas.

Nice large complex with great amenities. However the cleanliness of our unit was not very good. It was like someone living there and had a refrigerator with food in it. Coffee pot and tv's hard to use, the balcony dirty with one of the chairs broke and the host was TERRIBLE never responded or any help. Most likely we will not be back.

Perfect spot for our family

This is the best time we’ve had at Tidewater. This specific room was so much easier for our family to navigate in and out with our beach wagon and then again when we went out to dinner, etc. The room itself was very clean! The pictures on the site look just like the room in real life. Anytime I had questions, the owner was very prompt in responding and helping with what we needed to do next. Over all, our stay was fantastic! We give all the stars!

elevator wait times

we were on the third floor so we were able to take the stairs but if we had had to wait on the elevator every time it would have been miserable

Great Stay

We had a wonderful vacation here. Everything you need, very clean, and beautiful views. The elevators can be an issue at check in and check out times but that can be anywhere. Over all enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again.

Tidewater

This property was beautiful. It was warm and welcoming. It had everything we needed! Laundry detergent, towels, chairs and the wagon. Some things that I noticed was that the master bedroom bathroom commode was dirty, it had blue water from the tablet put in the tank. The pull out couch had not been cleaned inside, so there was trash in the pull out. The elevator situation but that seems to be everywhere! We were glad to be on the 3rd floor!

Family vacation

The condo was decorated very nice, beds comfortable and kitchen equipped with anything you might need. Had games for the kids, extra beach chairs and umbrella if you need them. A great view from the balcony.

Time well wasted

The condo is very nice, well appointed with pretty much everything you could need during your stay. We really enjoyed our stay and tried to "waste as much time" as we could just relaxing. Michelle our host was great and gave us plenty of local info. Overall a great place to stay and we hope to be able to book again!
