Tucked away in the desirable west end of PCB, “A Beachin’ good time” is located in quaint Riviera Beach neighborhood, away from the high-rise congestion and crowds. 30A and Pier Park are just a couple miles down the road where you can get your fix of the hustle and bustle! Live the beach life with just a 0.4 mile stroll, bike or drive down to Beach access 87. This is where you’ll find the sugar-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico! Access to this home is a breeze with parking in the private driveway and keyless door entry with your unique code. Once inside, you’ll be greeted with colorful beach decor and an open layout. Kick back and relax on the sofa or accent chairs situated in front of the wall-mounted 55” Samsung smart TV that is equipped with both standard cable and streaming service. If you’re looking to connect to WiFi, this property has high speed! All hard surface flooring-no carpet! The bright, all-electric, airy kitchen has a generous amount of countertop space leaving plenty of room to cook your favorite meal or entertain guests as you wish! The kitchen is stocked with many items including cooking utensils, pots & pans, cookie sheets & muffin tin, toaster, countertop microwave as well as small/large plates, bowls, chop sticks and silverware service for six. This home has 2 bedrooms, each with plush King Beds, wall-mounted Smart TV’s, luggage racks and ceiling fans. The 2 full bathrooms are light and bright, each with tub/shower combo and updated vanity. The primary bathroom is attached to indoor laundry room. Sofa in living room pulls out into a Queen sleeper with memory foam mattress. Easily control the temperature with nest thermostat. As you make your way into the fully fenced backyard you’ll find a covered patio with string market lights, corn hole boards, bbq grill, and adirondack chairs. “A Beachin’ Good Time” is ready for you to come stay!

Other things to note:
Entry door has Ring door bell/camera and there is a security video camera facing the other two exterior doors on sides of the house. This is for safety and security of the property, they are not used to impose on guests privacy. There are no cameras or recording facing the backyard or inside the home!

Due to the location and climate, you may spot an insect, bug, etc. Property receives routine pest control maintenance and landscaping receives routine weed prevention treatment. That being said, if you have a concern during your stay don’t hesitant to reach out so I can address the situation and help in any way I can. Each TV has two black remotes(remote that reads Samsung is for streaming services, the other remote is for direcTV cable).

Please note that the house and property are not fully baby/child proof. Please use bikes at your own discretion/risk, do not use bikes under the influence. Host/Homeowner assumes no liability. Bike helmets are not provided. Bicycles are hanging on hooks in the backyard on the covered patio posts. While having a firm grip on the entire bike, simply unhook the front tire and carefully bring bike down to the ground. Bike tire pump located in guest bedroom closet if needed
PLEASE DO NOT USE THE BBQ GRILL UNDERNEATH THE COVERED PATIO. MOVE THE GRILL TO AN AREA THAT ISN’T COVERED. FIRE EXTINGUISHER IS MOUNTED ON PERGOLA POST IF NEEDED. Please turn off propane on BBQ when not in use. **In the event of a late check-out that is not agreed upon by the host, fees do apply. Paying the following fees does not entitle you to extend your stay without host permission. Late checkout of 30 minutes to 1 hour- $75 Late checkout of 1 hour or more- $250.
