Super clean and beautifully remodeled, this 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo is located in the heart of San Clemente’s historic seaside village—just steps from world-class dining, boutique shops, cafés, and the free seasonal trolley (Mar–Oct). The beach and pier are an easy walk away.

Inside, the condo offers a relaxed beachy atmosphere with all the comforts of home: luxury mattresses and premium bedding, a fully outfitted cook’s kitchen, large smart TVs, music speakers throughout, a queen sofa bed in the living room, plenty of towels, fast WiFi, and access to a secure onsite washer/dryer. A mini-split AC in the common area cools the entire condo when the bedroom door is left open.

Step outside to a small private deck with bar seating and a peek-a-boo ocean view—perfect for morning coffee, sunset relaxation, or simply people-watching along Avenida Del Mar.

We provide everything you need for the perfect coastal stay, including:

What a cute place! The place was extremely clean and modern with a little retro twist! I loved everything about it. The host/ess gave us great recommendations and were very communicative throughout the stay. Walking distance to the beach and every dining options you can imagine! I Will definitely be going back, hopefully for a longer stay next time.

This property was excellent for our family. There was four of us and we slept comfortable there. The couch bed was very comfortable along with the bedding. Place is close to downtown and the beach. Immaculate. I would stay here again in a heartbeat

The condo was very comfortable and inviting. The hosts provided nice amenities like coffee and creamer, and other beverages. It was nice having beach items available to use. Once we parked our car we were able to walk to the beach and restaurants. A lovely place.

Great place with nice touches

We absolutely loved our stay here. Location was the best for everything we wanted, shopping dining, and the pier. Loved the nice touches with cold beverages to greet us. Having access to all the streaming services when we were ready to wind down for the night was nice too. Oh, and let’s not forget about the bike yard with a the bikes we need to explore the city. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

If it's available, book it! You won't be disappointed. The location is incredible, we felt super safe, the unit was in pristine condition, and there were so many thoughtful details that really improved the quality of our stay. Loved our experience, gorgeous unit & perfect location.

This stunningly gorgeous, beautifully appointed, perfectly located unit with amazing hosts Cathy, Pete & Dana, was amazing. Just completely renovated like an HGTV show house, with everything we needed right there. In the adorable downtown historic shopping, Restaraunt & Bar area & 3 blocks down to the pier, beach & more restaurants. Great sunsets & beach trail is quite a treat. San Clemente is a very friendly, laidback seaside village, wish we could have stayed longer.

Amazing property!

My husband and I traveled from the East Coast to attend the OHANA festival. I was not familiar with the area and happened upon this VRBO property. What a gem!! This place was perfect! We were steps away from all the shops, restaurants and the beach was a very short walk! There was even a free Trolley stop right by the property if you didn’t want to walk. If I could give this place more stars I would. One of the best properties I have stayed at through VRBO. We will definitely return!
