Enjoy this cozy space in the beautiful Sabre Springs with bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, laundry, outdoor BBQ, bed and couch recently upgraded. Roll out of bed and enjoy a cup of coffee in the patio listening to birds chirping all day long. ALL of the city's top attractions are a short drive away. This beautiful space is clean, crisp and decorated with great style . Strong WiFi signal makes this an excellent work space too :)

1) No Smoking allowed. Fee for painting walls and ceiling to remove smoke smell inside the unit is $850 on top of the additional cleaning fee of $150.
2) This is a peace lovers paradise so no unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any time - so no parties or entertaining non-guests.
3) Additional cleaning fee of $150, if the unit is left excessively dirty. 4) Guests need to come prepared to use their hotspot in case of an outage.

Meeting our new Grand-daughter

Great little place to stay for a few days if you just need somewhere to relax at night and sleep. The kitchen was well stocked (but we didn't do any cooking). Anca was quick to respond to any messages I sent. Only one queen size bed for sleeping. There was a sofa, that was comfortable for sitting and relaxing on, but not a great as a place to sleep.

As advertised

Very clean, quiet mother in law type suite in safe neighborhood. It is in a larger home divided into other apartments but the entire house was very sound proof. The suite is a bit cozy for more than 2 people, but served our needs. Had enough kitchen appliances to make a breakfast or small meals. Has a washer and dryer which was a big plus for us as our stay was 13 nights. Very close to freeway and minutes to shopping. My only negative was only two sets of bath towels. Could have had a few more towels. We would stay again.

Great host but not so much the bed or the bathroom

Pros: 1. Great host. Responds in minutes and tries to accommodate when feasible. 2. Quite. The property shares an entrance with 2 other rentals but you can't see or hear them. A house was converted into 3 rentals. 3. The kitchen is closer to a full kitchen without a dishwasher than a kitchenette. Hot plate, air fryer, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, electric tea pot, small portable oven, toaster and maybe a few more things. 4. Independent AC and heat. Both work great. 5. Small outdoor patio with a working grill. 6. Stacked washer and dryer that work fine. Cons: 1. The bed mattress feels like an old futon mattress. Very hard and super uncomfortable. I kept waking up every few hours because the side I would sleep on would fall asleep. 2. The blue 2-seater couch is unusable because when you sit on it you sinks to the bottom and all you feel are metal springs in your rear end. 3. Closet is non-existent. In the closet there is a dresser and on its sides the owner stores a step ladder and cushions for the outside. Literally no room to hang anything. 6. Bathroom is tiny with absolutely no counter space. The sink is of pedestal type so no room to put anything. The toilet is a small circular low seating one (the kind one finds in kids junior schools). Shower is okay. 7. The outdoor space could use a facelift and cigarette butts pick-up. The tankless water heater is pretty loud so the outdoor space is not as enjoyable as it could have been. Overall would not rent this place again because of the bed, couch, and, to a lesser extent, bathroom.

This unit features vaulted ceilings, a bright room with a queen murphy bed, a sofa bed and much more all on the same floor. and if you are into BBQ-ing, you have your own grill connected to the house gas line.

The air conditioner allow you to set the temperature to the desired comfort.

Linens and towels are 100% cotton always clean & soft to make you feel cozy and at home :)

The patio is simply a place to relax, sip your coffee, listen to the birds or read a book.

This place is close to great dining/shopping/entertainment, minutes away from Carmel Mountain, Carmel Valley, Scripps Ranch, Rancho Bernardo Inn and Poway. This guest suite is freeway close and very accessible to all parts of town. Downtown San Diego is approximately 20 minutes and north county beaches about 15 minutes. The Zoo , Del Mar, La Jolla, Sea World and Comic Con are in these general areas.

If you're into healthy eating at home, outdoor BBQ connected to the gas line of the house are a chef's delight. Kitchenette is equipped with pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, hotplate, air fryer and full fridge. And there is a washer and a dryer in the unit as well.
