This was a fantastic place to stay. The location was great, the house was very comfortable. The hot tub was so nice to use at the end of the day. The host was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location within easy walk to River Run (or quick drive to drop-off/lot)... and easy access into town - a nice walk or very short drive. The rooms were all well setup, had all we needed for our stay. Any questions we had were either answered in advance or quickly post-arrival. Would be very happy to stay here again!

Great Location

The townhome worked out well for the six of us during our stay at Sun Valley for World Cup Finals. Nice layout, plenty of parking, good location.

A great location to the River Run lifts. Yet felt secluded at the same time. Very clean and well stocked.

Beautiful Home, amazing location

Such a beautiful home and worked out amazing for our family. Great location to town and to bald, both within mins. We would stay here again in a second. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great Stay In Ketchum!

Very nice, clean, comfortable, quiet, spacious and cozy condo. Well-appointed kitchen, great fireplace. Two minute walk to shuttle stop for Bald Mountain. 10-15 min walk to town, depending on your destination.

Sun Valley

This property was excellent for our family ski trip to Sun Valley. Very well appointed kitchen, extra linens, and towels for the hot tub. The house was very clean and spacious for our group of 6. The location to town and the mountains was great, we were able to walk along a path to ski each day. The property manager, Brian, was very helpful and responsive during our stay. Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Ketchum condo

Came up for meetings that were at the SV lodge so location is as perfect.Very spacious condo and clean. Enough room for the 5 of us. Well appointed kitchen and with lots of room. Walking path practically out the front door. Only complaint is no a/c but it did cool down at night. Got a little toasty in the day but we were gone for most of it. Would definitely recommend.

With one big caveat, great property

The location is great and the property itself is very nice. But we chose it over other properties in part because of the private hot tub (prominently advertised in the listing). The hot tub was not clean when we arrived (visible ring of dirty scum around the edges and "stuff" floating in the water), and despite letting the host know that the first night, it did not get cleaned while we there. So we were unable to use it at all during our stay, which was a significant disappointment for our group. Otherwise, this was a great property - 10 minute walk to the River Run base. Half mile walk to town. Nice amenities. But I would not stay here again because of the hot tub and the lack of responsiveness to our concern. For further detail, the host told us via email that "The tub is cleaned on a regular basis — 4 times a month — but I don’t know the specific schedule and I am uncertain when it will be cleaned next". This seems to imply that it does not get cleaned in between each group, which seems like a problem. After I sent a couple of videos of the condition of the tub, I got this response: "I have called the hot tub service provider and left them a message requesting an immediate cleaning service, but I have not heard back from them. Hopefully they will respond and provide a quick response service, but I don’t have confirmation from them at this time." No one ever came to clean the tub while we were there and there was no further follow-up on this issue from the host.
