What’s in a number? Evidently, a whole new adventure when you rent Beachside Two, #4310, a luxurious, beachfront condo within the SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT®.

This elegant dwelling provides the perfect getaway for up to six beach lovers. From the private balcony, enjoy watching the sunrise and sunset as you gaze east to west at the miles and miles of turquoise waters known as “The World’s Most Beautiful Beaches.”

The living area provides comfy cushioned seating to enjoy the extra-wide big screen TV …if you’re not distracted by nature’s creation just outside the balcony door. The furnishings turn into a queen as well as full sleeper sofa for extra guests. The full kitchen includes not only a breakfast bar, but a cozy nook for not-to-be-rushed meals amongst friends.

The master bedroom features a king bed, lots of storage, a combo tub/shower, and even a desk. Regardless, cable and Wi-Fi are free throughout the complex.

Perhaps the most enticing part of this rental, as if the Gulf front wasn’t enough, is the large community pool. Bathers can enjoy either full sun or shade, and the pool is heated during the off season.

In addition, there’s a fitness center, four renowned golf courses, as well as a basketball court and multiple tennis courts. But, you don’t want to miss the popular Village of Baytowne Wharf that offers hours of family fun and amenities too vast to number.

Great resort!

Our overall experience was great. Checking in and out was very easy, the property is in a perfect location, the beach was beautiful and the room was very clean with everything needed for a fun, comfortable stay.

Weekend Getaway

My wife and I stayed this past weekend for a wedding on the beach. We completely loved our stay. Check in was easy, location is amazing, and coffee on the Balcony was perfect. Don’t listen to the reviews about the bed, it sleeps just fine!

Perfect getaway for a small family!

Such a cute place! It was perfect for my husband and I with our two small children. The views are amazing! At night time it is so peaceful sitting on the balcony listenings to the waves crash. When I had questions it was super easy to get into contact with someone. We will definitely be back!

Nice place but mattress on bed needs help

The condo was nice and the view was great. The instructions to get through the gate and building were not clear which was frustrating after a long day of traveling. And the mattress on the bed was a cheap foam mattress that was very uncomfortable. Fixing those two things would secure a 55 star rating!

Destin property

Overall a nice place . This is a twenty story building and this property is on the 11th floor. Elevators can be slow. Beach rentals were more expensive because we rented through VRBO rather than Sandestin.

Grandma/granddaughters Beach Getaway

The Beachside condo was wonderful! We were all very comfortable in the space. Kitchen was well equipped. My granddaughters loved the makeup vanity in the bedroom! The view from the spacious balcony was incredible-coffee and breakfast there every morning. Access to the pool and beach was so right there and so easy. Plenty of shopping and restaurants near by. We would love to come back again !

Great location

Beachside Two itself is in a great location near Baytowne Wharf and short drive into Destin. It is directly on the beach so no long walks. The condo was exactly as pictured, the bed was super soft, and the kitchen had everything needed. I love that the balcony is glass and all one piece since we had our 1.5 year old we didn’t have to worry about gaps. The only disappointment was that when renting chairs/umbrellas on the beach we were considered “non Sandestin resort guests” so it was $60 more for a 3 day rental. I’m not sure why that was the case, but I wish I had known that up front. There were chairs in the condo, however, so not the owners’ fault.

Great views

Had some issues with the ac unit, refrigerator when we arrived and the property manager had it fixed within hours. They were great. Room was clean no complaints there and the views were great. The pool was closed all week due to maintenance issues so that was a bummer. The one big complaint we had which we did report was the bed was awful.. we slept on the pull out couch the entire time. The bed had a ten inch foam pad on it … not a memory foam pad but regular pad which made the issue worse … the one side of the bed caved in a bit and I guess they thought the padding would help but it did not. When we reported it the said they had no other complaints about it and could go get us padding to put on it … which it already had. So unless they had more reports on it they couldn’t do anything about it… I found it very hard to believe no one else reported it because it was that bad . The kitchen was great had everything you needed. I would definitely recommend this place if they get the bed issue fixed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience was good. Nothing to complain about. The room was clean & nice. Cozy for sure. The beds were comfortable no complaints it was just simple and nice. I have to BRAG so much on the guest services/owners. I left about 15-20items in the bedroom chest all my nice lululemon workout outfits. Tops/bottoms. I didn’t realize it until a week later and immediately contacted guest services they went and checked and by luck all my stuff was still stored away nicely. Was told the cleaners thought it was the owners belongings so they left it alone. All by luck nobody was in the condo the week after us. Regardless guest services contacted me and got my stuff shipped back to me within days. Seems silly but if you’re ever left anything at any resort/hotel/condo you almost know it’s gone for good. So huge shoutout to everyone involved for helping me so quickly and getting my stuff back to me! We would stay here again regardless that good people are hard to come by these days and wow this group just surpassed all my expectations.

Fall Break

It was a very easy process renting our condo. All the information we needed was available to us to make check in and out as smooth as possible!! Room was exactly as advertised….immaculate and beautiful room. We absolutely loved the direct ocean front view from balcony and easy beach access Would definitely stay here again.
