Welcome Home to Colorado Cottage, your home away from home. This beauty has 5 bedrooms, 3 and a half bathrooms with an attached 2 car garage. This home was just built and has so many fantastic features, you've got to see this one to believe it! As you enter through the front door you are greeted with an open and airy concept. 1/2 bath conveniently located on the main level. As you enter into the fully stocked kitchen you have everything from a counter bar with 3 seats to a kitchen table with 6 chairs! Living room has a TV with plenty of seating and walk out to the covered back patio. Fireplace to snuggle up next to during chilly Colorado Winter evenings and A/C for warmer Colorado days! Master Retreat is located on the main level with TV, attached bath with large walk in closet! Upstairs has a work station, with WiFi and 2 large bedrooms, with a Queen bed in one room and twin bedrooms in the other! Large bathroom for both upper bedrooms! Conveniently located near the Powers Corridor and shopping! This is the perfect home away from home!

Outstanding Home

Great home with impeccable furnishings! Great location and overall one of the best VRBOs we've stayed in. Quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants and shopping. Well thought out floor plan for larger groups.. we absolutely loved this place!

Christmas with family

We drove out from Michigan to be with my brother and his family for Christmas. Accommodations were perfect for a family of six. Conveniently located to both family and hiking. Thank you for the hospitality.

Perfect Getaway

We traveled from florida for the fallen firefighters memorial. The property was perfect for the four of us and made the trip even more memorable. We plan on returning and renting this property again.

Luxurious relaxation

This was by far the nicest place we’ve ever stayed….Still has that new smell! Everything is top notch, and it feels like the owners thought of everything we might need or want!

Great location

Very nice place. Clean and nice floor plan. Really need to fix the front door combo lock. Not just pulling the door to close, but code did not work well. We used the garage for all coming and going.

Great house in a central area

We absolutely loved our stay in Colorado Springs. The host was very easy to reach, the house was beautiful, and it was in a great location! There was just about every restaurant and store you can think of within minutes of the house. The house was well stocked, extremely clean, well decorated, and had a great layout for families. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area!

Awesome place to stay!!

Our family really enjoyed this townhome!! It is new, super clean and comfortable. Conveniently located near countless shops and restaurants. And yet, there was also a public hiking trail right outside the back door! Anytime I had a question, the property manager responded very promptly. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Excellent Property

This property was great. It was close to shopping and restaurants. The home was very clean and very well appointed with everything we needed and then some. We had a little hiccup getting into the property, but it was resolved quickly. We would consider staying here again, for sure.

Wonderful Stay

We came to Colorado for an adult family vacation. This house fit the 4 of us perfectly with much room to spare. The furniture was comfortable and the house provided us with everything we needed. Being able to park in the garage was a huge plus to stay out of the bad weather. Upon arrival, everything was clean and tidy, the neighborhood was quiet and clean and the neighbors were very pleasant as well. 5 star experience!

Colorado stunner!

Your home away from home awaits! Beautiful new home with every amenity you could conceive of. Well stocked kitchen, included a coffee pot, measuring cups, pots/pans, several glasses/bowls/cups & more! Incredibly comfy beds & sheets made for sweet dreams. We loved the convenience of parking in the large garage & how close the home is to shopping & great places to eat! Amazing place to stay in a family friendly neighborhood!

Great suburban stay

Beautiful clean quiet townhome. Plenty of room for us, my two kids, and father-in-law. A great natural food grocery store right down the road. Everything you need within a few miles. It's a little bit of a drive (30 minutes?) to the tourist-y sites, like GoG and the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, but worth it. The kitchen was lovely. Access to the Chaparral Open Space trail just down the block. We loved watching the afternoon storms roll in from the little back patio.
