Very clean. Safe as it is in a gated community. Amazing amenities with a large clean pool and water slides. Close to wal mart and no more than 15 min drive to Disney parks. Would stay again

Overall great accommodations, great location and easy access to most things in the area. Condo is well appointed, clean and family friendly. Would definitely stay again.

This place is WONDERFUL- super clean, beautiful views, and convenient to everything. Martin was good to communicate with- and the water park and pool was amazing. There is something for everyone here and its beautiful! The only complaint i have AT ALL was that the master bedroom shower has no shelves or anywhere to set your shower necessities (shower gel, shampoo, razor). It had one tiny little bar soap holder that even the razor slid right off of- and the shower pressure was super low. We set our stuff in the floor of the shower- which was pretty inconvenient - but that was nothing MAJOR. The shower could def use a shower caddy or something - but everything else was perfect!

Great stay

We had a group reunion and all were in various locations in Windsor Hills. This was a great location to the pool and met our needs. The bands are easy to access from the welcome center and once you check-in the in and out is very easy. This community does a great job with the pool and the activity schedule for the kids! The condo was exactly as described and we picked up some additional supplies at the Walmart that is 5 minutes away.

Great location for all our activities. The condo was clean and beds that were comfortable. Had a nice supply of towels for all of us. It had amenities for the kids like a pool and arcade.

Amazing apartment in a great location. Everything was perfect!

Very nice apartment in a great location. Very close to the resort pool and clubhouse. Plenty of room inside, nice and modern. Good view of the lake. Couldn't fault anything. We landed really early in the morning and the owner was very kind in organising an early check in for us. We also organised and paid for a late checkout which wasn't expensive and saved us so much trouble. 10/10 and hopefully will be booking the same property again soon.

Best for those that need a break from the parks

We loved our stay! Had several days of activities booked at the parks. Loved being close enough to pop over to parks quickly, and really appreciated the space and amenities of the resort. Full kitchen, laundry and plenty of space for the family to relax was a wonderful retreat. Excellent location in relation to the pool, was able to just walk over!

Needs a better cleaning service

Overall our stay was almost as expected. Photos and description of property are accurate. Martin was fabulous with communication. All of our needs were taken care of and condo is lovely. Our only complaint was the cleanliness. Master bathroom had hairs all over it (gross) and kitchen table was full of crumbs when we arrived. We bought Clorox wipes and spray cleaner and cleaned it ourselves! Host should get a better cleaning service!!

Easy access

The location of the place was spot on and was close to everything just like the listing said. Walmart was 3 minutes down the road as well as several restaurants such as Longhorn, Applebees, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Bahama Breeze and more. Now with it being such a great location it can get congested. But the place was nice. Have to bring your own house essentials like toilet paper, trash bags, paoer towels. It said it would be at least one of everything to start you off but it wasnt. It was just trash bags and toilet paper. There are also no face towels, only hand towels. No a deal breaker but bring some if you dont want to use that. Also, it can get veey warm even though every room has a fan. You cannot turn the thermostat past 72. So might want to bring your own small portable fan. The stay was fantastic just want to make others aware of the small things.

Excellent condo for a Disney trip

The condo was exactly what we were looking for when booking our trip to Disney with our 2 girls (8 year old and 15 month old). It was clean, today, well equipped and well placed within Windsor Hills (very close to the pool/clubhouse but far enough away not to hear the noise/music playing) and with a great view over Reedy Lake.The resort generally is super close to Disney (all parks are 10-15 minutes away if heading there for rope drop, and one morning we managed to leave the car park and reach MK parking in 9 minutes. The clubhouse is well equipped (market with cheap take out food/drinks, games room, gym etc) and there is a good vibe around the pool area all day.We’d stay again and recommend for families.

Great resort and condo

Always love Windsor hill! This condo was clean and included items like a pack and play and high chair. Clean and great location. Down street from Walmart and about 20 minutes to Disney! Owner was very helpful when we had questions!

Great Stay

Very clean condo with plenty of room. Very close to the gate and pool which was very convenient. My kids enjoyed the arcade and pool. If you forget something there’s a market right by the pool with all amenities!

Great view and water park

Comfortable king bed, but loud fan in master bathroom. Nice having twin beds, but that ceiling fan had no speed chain and was on turbo speed-unable to use/hot room. Pool/water park is amazing, loved sitting on screen porch and easy preparing meals and eating in well equipped kitchen

Enjoyed our stay

Property was cozy, clean and easy to find. Close to main gate and pool (such a plus) Quiet at night (another plus). I use VRBO a lot and some rentals do not store many supplies. Owner listed what was being offered in pre-check in email and I just packed extras from home in luggage (usually extra garbage bags and toilet paper) or just go to dollar store before/after checking in. Kitchen very well supplied with pans, pots, cups, plates etc. Many restaurants, Publix and Walmart were close by. Short travel time to parks. Appreciated the owner keeping us informed of property being we were arriving the Friday after the hurricane. Thankfully all went well and we were able to be comfortable and enjoy our stay. Will keep on my list for return stays.

A place to stay for family vacay!

Great location, on site amenities nice. Condo was nice and easy access to Orlando parks. Only negatives were the Pac Man had a cracked screen and so unable to use and sliding glass door latch was broken which is a little concerning.

Very nice place 15 min from Disney

This is a lovely 3-br condo, just a short drive from Disney. It gets great light, and has a nice view of the sunset. We really appreciated having a quiet place to relax at the end of the day...better than staying in a hotel. The grounds also have a nice large pool that you can use. The Ms. Pac Man game in the kid's bedroom is a fun touch! There are 3 BRs--one with a king, one with a queen, and one with two kid's beds. The king BR has a master bath,and there is one other full bath. There is a central LR with dining area, kitchen, and a really nice screened balcony off of the LR. The property manager was responsive and we really appreciated that we were allowed an early check-in. We did not encounter any problems over our visit that required communication. All instructions were clear. The kitchen is well-equipped with pots and cooking utensils, and we cooked every night. One thing to be aware of is that, unlike some vrbos, they don't seem to let perishables of any kind (salt, pepper, sugar, cooking oil, etc.) to accumulate across guests. Dish soap, dishwasher pods, 1 kitchen garbage bag, and 1 roll of paper towels are provided. Fortunately, there is a Walmart and a Publix close by.
