The Perfect Family Home

Spring get away

The house was amazing, very beautiful and well equipped to handle large groups. There is a garage full of beach gear for use which came in handy. The beach was amazing and steps from your back porch. Also the views from the porch of the water and beach were spectacular. The host were very accommodating and quick to respond to any need. We had such a great time enjoying the beach right outside our door.

Kitchen is well appointed, beds are very comfortable, couches are conversation (and nap) conducive, and the taste and generosity of our hosts was apparent throughout our stay. This house worked great for our 3 families - plenty of room to hang out together and plenty of smaller nooks for quiet time (if that’s what you wanted). And what’s better than walking out the back door and right out onto a sandy beach?! We also loved that this area of the beach was not crowded. Perfect place for a relaxing vacay!!

The outdoor shower was helpful. We had 2 small children and when they were napping the baby monitor range reached our spot on the beach. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was clean. The mini bar’s ice maker was a great touch.

They have everything you need for a great vacation. There are some beach chairs and toys in the garage. The family room is a great gathering place. The family room has 2 couches, 2 large plush chairs, fireplace is electric that has colored lighting, and a beautiful view. You will like this home>

Our time at the Beach

It is very dated and in need of some serious maintenance. I also think the cleaning service needs to be a bit more conscience of detail. i.e. cleaning the fans and vents to improve overall appearance. There also was food left in the freezer.

Paradise Beach Homes does an amazing job of making sure that the house is super clean and vacation ready. The gift basket is a lovely touch and this year because we arrived on the same weekend as the Blue Angels they arranged for the keys to be located at the home since we had paid in full. That was a FABULOUS touch and saved us from the dreaded traffic.The owners have made sure that there are plenty of kitchen items, and there were even some beach towels which we did not need, but it was a nice touch.Very, very enjoyable, and the gorgeous beach did not disappoint!
