Gorgeous Contemporary Gulf Front Home w/Private Pool/Dog Friendly

PRIVATE POOL AND HOT TUB! Pool and hot tub heating is $125/day. Pool heating only is $85/day. Hot tub heating is $50/day. If you would like the pool heated before you arrive contact a Vacation Specialist to add this to your reservation when booking! (Pool heating is available between Oct 1st - April 30th only ) (Hot tub and pool will be heated separately and cannot both heat at the same time, will be switched when set temperature is reached).

Check out this gorgeous contemporary 3-story pool home located directly on the Gulf. This home truly has an amazing WOW factor! The living room, dining room and kitchen are located on the top floor and have 20 foot ceilings and the gulf facing walls are mostly glass.

The master bedroom is also located on the top floor and has sliding doors for direct access to the deck. The master bathroom has a separate tub and shower, double vanities, toilet is in a private area and the surfaces are primarily marble. A large spiral staircase give access from the top floor to the floor below where you will find a second living area, wet bar area with bar fridge, ice maker, and compact dishwasher.

There are three additional bedrooms on the lower level. One of these is a double queen suite with private bath and deck access, one is a single queen bedroom with deck access and the third is ideally designed for kids with three twin daybeds and two twin trundles. The single queen bedroom and the kids bedroom share a hall bath with the lower level living area.

The lower level has stained concrete flooring throughout and exposed duct work which give this area a chic industrial feel. This is one home you really have to see to appreciate. The strong repeat clientele would indicate that guests enjoy their time at this home.

Complimentary WiFi, Dog Friendly (under 25 pounds $250 pet fee per pet) and Event Friendly too (w/ event fee)!
(Garage is for owner storage and not accessible to visitors.)

Overall the photos of the inside of this place were pretty misleading. We paid over 8k for 5 nights in the off season. Proximety to the beach was incredible ans beach itself was gorgeous. Pool and hot tub were a great size

It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The only thing I would say about our stay that is negative is the stairs leading up to main level. It is a spiral staircase and is not very functional for suitcases and older people. Other than that we loved our stay and would rent this property again.

Close enough to town that it didn't feel like making a trip but in a quiet, residential area and right on the beach. We spent most of our days outside on the deck and/ or the beach and loved soaking up the sun every day. The home has incredible windows & views! We love being able to sit anywhere on the main floor and see the gulf. The master bedroom is out of this world! Huge room, TONS of closet & storage space, and huge bathroom. We had a few electrical issues during our stay due to a storm the night we arrived and the staff at Paradise Beach Homes went over & above to try & rectify the issues, including sending someone out on a Sunday afternoon. We would not hesitate to come back!

Christmas at Pensacola Beach

We loved this property. The bedrooms were perfect for our family of 10 and the beach was dreamy. We loved the baloneys and the sunrises and sunsets. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. The large table was perfect for meals and games. We plan to return!

Heaven on Earth

Our family couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our fall break. The convenient private access to the beach was perfect. Great views of the beach from both levels of the house. The floorplan was super accommodating as well.

Stairways to Heaven

This house has a beautiful view and large gathering/dining/living/kitchen area: which is on the 2nd floor so you must climb a spiral staircase or use back patio stairs. The kitchen is very easy to work in. No large griddle/large fry pan to accommodate cooking pancakes for a group. We managed one at a time. We had 3 senior citizens so the stairs were a bit tiresome to access house and then more steps to beach walk. This was easy for the twenty somethings. Plenty of outdoor comfortable seating. The master does not have A/C but you can feel some air from the vents in the closet and bath area. The master shower/bath area was devine and made it so easy to shower and batch the family together. Great quiet stretch of beach. If you are ok with stairs, definitely stay at the beautiful House. It really was comfortable!
