Comfortable, close to the beach

Very functional, well maintained, spacious property. Safe, isolated street with very little traffic, short walk to the beautiful beach. Wonderful weekend!

Awful experience staying here…

Unfortunately, we had a really awful experience staying here. It was extremely hectic and frustrating to handle the issues listed below, especially for the young kids and elder family members in our group. Multiple appliances were not working at all in the property, including: 1. Microwave 2. Garbage disposer 3. Dishwasher 4. Washer - we received no maintenance or service help with this despite reaching out to Melissa 5. Gas grill- the switches were jammed so all the marinated food and meat we brought from home were spoiled 6. Internet- went down a couple times, which was especially inconvenient for those of us working remotely All of the above issues costed us extra time, money, and energy to deal with. Lastly, even though we booked this property over a month ago, we were not informed of the parking issues that the neighbors had to tell us about. This was very stressful to deal with since we traveled into the town with multiple cars. We also planning to raise a complain tkt with Vrgo directly along with the post check out pictures

Beach House

The house needs a lot of renovations and deep cleaning. The interior is very dated. Also needs more interior and exterior seating options. Otherwise good location and view of the ocean.

2022 stay

Some of the furniture was broken, there was some trash under the house, the lawn hadn't been maintained and we found some bugs in the house. The say was nice and the walk to the beach was not bad.
