Located in the Queen's Grant section of the Palmetto Dunes resort community, this newly renovated 2BR/2BA condo offers an ideal ground-floor locale with a private deck, grill, and pond views. The interior has vaulted ceilings, three smart TVs, and dual suites. Off of the living area two sliding glass doors open to the deck with a patio table with seating for 6 and grill, perfect for dining outdoors! A well-equipped kitchen is appointed with a full suite of stainless-steel appliances and ample cookware.

The primary suite is fitted with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with two full-size beds with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower.

Queen's Grant has on-site pools that are open from April-September. This villa is an easy 10-15 minute walk to the beach and near the General Store, Big Jim's, the Dunes House and the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center. Arthur Hills and George Fazio golf course are on either side.

PROPERTY SPECIFIC DETAILS:

* Palmetto Dunes is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* Dog Friendly - 2 dog max. up to 50 lbs. $400 non-refundable fee for first dog, with an additional $200 for each extra dog. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture and must be crated if left alone. Please do not leave furry friends alone outside, as we have wildlife that they should not encounter.
* Free access to The Dunes Buggy transportation which provides courtesy transportation within Palmetto Dunes, Leamington, and Shelter Cove mid-March through mid-September. This on-demand service dispatches vehicles on a first-come, first-serve basis!

Very Pleased

Quality accommodations. First time staying in Queen's Folly. Facility matches the pictures. Very spacious main area and dining room. Good kitchen that is well stocked with all essential items. Beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. Great patio to relax throughout the day. We brought our dog and she fit right into the community.

Family Beach week

This was a great condo. We love Palmetto Dunes/Queens Grant and have stayed there 30 plus years. The rental company was exceptional!

Spacious property with convenient location

Beautiful condo with easy check in process. Host/Host 2 Coast was east to help with issues or concerns. A little disappointed with Palmetto Dunes pools being unusable but the condo was perfect!

They were excellent with communication in regards to check in, getting us parking passes and helping out with the possible hurricane that was headed our way during our stay. The place was absolutely perfect in terms of cleanliness, having everything you can think of including beach chairs, cleaning supplies, fan for bedroom and fully stocked kitchen. We were super comfortable with beds and just really loved the area! 10/10 would recommend to anyone coming this way!

Beautiful condo/parking issues

Great overall location and beautiful condo. While we were there, the parking was not acceptable. There was construction going on and multiple parking spaces were taken up with dumpsters and building materials. If we went out to dinner or anywhere in the evening there would for sure be no parking nearby upon returning to the condo. The parking pass allows for parking anywhere in palmetto dunes, however, after dark I didn’t want to have to walk alone for 15 or more minutes back to the condo after finding parking…… I would stay here again if I was assured all the parking spots were available.

Queens Grant holiday

Very comfortable rental. More spacious than I thought it would be. Comfortable beds, nice showers, more than ample towels. Spent most of our home time on the deck watching the lagoon wildlife. Very well equipped kitchen. ***Make sure you display your parking/car pass at all times!*** We forgot to put it on our dashboard one afternoon and got a 100$ US ticket. No warning. Our neighbour told him we’d rented for 6 weeks and showed him our unit. Instead of asking us about the pass, which was in the car just not on the dash, he wrote the ticket and said ‘too bad’ Kinda put a damper on our fun stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was immaculately clean, way bigger than I imagined. The kitchen is nicer than my own at home and we bought some groceries and enjoyed a couple of nice home cooked meals. All furniture and beds were comfortable. Loved watching the turtles in the pond outside the back porch. Be advised the neighborhood is not in walking distance to the beach and you really do have to drive which I wasn't aware of. Also the night switches are weird and we couldn't figure out how to turn on some of the lights so the bathrooms were kind of dark. Also I heard there are several pools in the neighborhood but never could find even one of them. There are great beach chairs you can borrow and some beach toys out on the patio if you have little ones. I would stay here again anytime.
