Check-in is at 4 PM CT (5 PM Spring Break and Major Holidays). Take a dreamy vacation by the beach while still enjoying all the comforts of home, including a fitness facility, shared pool, and a full kitchen to cook your favorite meals, all recently updated. This condo offers access to the pool, located just outside your back door. Spend a day lying out on the sundeck or make your way to the beach for that long-awaited relaxation only found while walking on the pristine sand and listening to the tide. Spend evenings out on your private deck with a bottle of wine as you watch the sunset and end the night dozing off to a movie on the flatscreen TV. Just walk out the patio door and enjoy the pool area!

Everything was clean and the condo was comfortable for our group of three. We had everything we needed there already and we loved being on the ground floor next to the pool!

The condo was clean and well stocked with beach essentials like as chairs and towels. I enjoyed being on the ground floor too. FYI: shaving cream can get sunscreen stains out of furniture and clothes. It works on most stains too.

Property was great! Very convenient to the beach and pool. Will stay again. The only draw back were the 7-8 cats that hung around especially at night. My mom doesn’t like cats and it was hard for her to sit on the porch but she did.

The cats around the property are feral and live in the area, and unfortunately, they are common throughout many complexes in our community. While they are not part of the property and we don’t encourage them to gather around the units, we understand that their presence can be bothersome for guests who aren’t comfortable around cats. We went with a bunch of friends so we saw their rooms, our room smelled and looked clean, some other rooms that were not this hoists smelled like mold, I loved being on the floor, we never used the pool because it was really busy(memorial week) so we understood that the beach access was nice, the fast they have a little store for little things is a nice touch. Things I’d recommend the hoist or the tenet have, coffee filters, and I noticed the air cannot go below 72 during a storm, the humidity becomes too much even though they have a humidifier in the kitchen(nice touch) but all the rooms said it sounded like a someone plunging their toilet in the ac room. It was annoying but as soon as I raised the temp it stopped. Had no issues on non rainy nights.They have beach chairs, loved that! The water was incredibly hot! Really enjoy a hot shower, again super clean. And nicely decorated and I didn’t see any issues with wear and fare on any cabinets or appliances.

We’re also glad you enjoyed the hot showers! We’re sorry to hear about the AC noise and humidity you experienced during the rainy weather. Florida’s summer humidity can be extremely high, especially during storms. Keeping the sliding door closed is especially important in these conditions, as hot, humid outside air can quickly increase indoor humidity and make it harder for the AC and dehumidifier to keep the condo comfortable. We also wanted to clarify that the AC can be set below 72 degrees. We wish you had reached out during your stay so we could have helped troubleshoot this at the time. We will also look into the AC noise you mentioned, as this has not been reported to us previously. We always encourage our guests to contact us if they experience any issues during their stay, as we’re happy to address concerns and assist as quickly as possible. Very Strict Rules

This condo was overall great the only complaint my guests and I had was how strict the security was with getting on and off the property. We got chased to our room because not every one in our group showed their wrist bands at the front gate. Such a hassle all week long that I wish we didn’t have to deal with.

All they require is that you have a valid parking pass and wear the wrist bands to show that you belong on the property. Most complex require that.
