The white sugar sands of Miramar Beach await just across Scenic Gulf Drive from this ground-floor condo at the Tradewinds. Spend your days collecting seashells at the beach, swimming in the emerald Gulf of Mexico, and lounging poolside in the Florida sunshine.

This condo sits on the garden level of the Tradewinds Condominiums, a manicured property with an outdoor pool and sundeck at its center. It's enviably located across the street from both a beach access point and Pompano Joe's, where you can enjoy fantastic seafood on the gulf-front. A number of other attractions - including the Emerald Bay Golf Club and the Silver Sands Premium Outlets - are within two miles.

Come home from the beach each afternoon to unwind on the garden patio, which is beautifully situated at the edge of the lawn and within sight of the pool. It's a lovely spot to dine alfresco with a view of the sunset.

The interior is open, comfortable, and centrally air-conditioned. Toss the day's swimsuits and beach towels in the washer/dryer, and grab yourself a cold drink from the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

Amazing Home

Great property. Right across the street from public beach access and Pompano Joe’s. We’ve stayed in this complex the last 2 yrs and have loved it. Nice clean place and beds were really comfortable.

Nice but tiny

The condo itself was nice. My only complaints were the Following: NO HANGERS. I think there were 3 in the master bedroom and 2 or 3 in the guest bedroom. So 6 total. Ridiculous. I know this isn’t a concern for a lot of people but I hang ALL of my clothes so it was a huge disappointment and frustration for me to walk in and not have any hangers and to have to go buy some and then pack them home with me. Then the second guest bedroom there really wasn’t enough room/space to walk around the beds and get to the closet and open the doors. It was super tight. And when we got there the closet door in that bedroom was also broken. As were SEVERAL handles on the dresser in that bedroom too so it was very hard for my children to open them with no handles (6 year old) so I ended up just not using a few drawers that didn’t have handles.

Great location across the street from beach

We enjoyed our stay. It had a cute beachy decor. The refrigerator was super super clean. It had a nice lay out and a cute little porch area. We did not see anyone use the pool, but it looked well maintained. The beds were comfortable and we really did not hear anyone else in the unit. We even had someone above us, but we never heard them.

We enjoyed every minute period the condom met and excelled our needs period we love the pool and the patio and the scenery period The only thing that needs a little t l c is the sofa and loveseat. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Nice place and close to the beach.

Overall we had a good experience here. House was clean, and very close to the beach. Only real complaint is, the bedroom with the 2 queen beds is a little cramped. One bed is basically up against / half way in front of the bathroom door. It wasn't a big problem for us because we only had a small child staying in there.

Condo is in rougher condition than photos represent.

Check in was easy. Great location to beach and pool. Photos are old. Condo is in rough condition compared to photos. Old worn out furniture. One to many coats of paint and in need of updating. Dish washer didnt work.

Renter beware

So many problems with this condo from first check in. Dirty, hair and stains on bed, terrible couches, AC started smoking and burning, sink backed up never fixed, cabinet broke, be careful cooking the pans need to be replaced badly. Not to mention the Vacasa manager who I asked to be onsite to deliver new washer and dryer left our front door WIDE OPEN ALL DAY while nobody was there. Pictures are from a fresh remodel YEARS ago, take them with a grain of salt.

Pros: very close to beach and pool was a few feet from patio. Beds were comfortable. Stocked kitchen with everything needed if you like to cook. Wi-Fi and streaming were easy to use. Cons: found a few roaches running around, the dryer damaged several pieces of clothing (burnt them, left black marks on them, if had drawstring on shorts it would get stuck and tear them), feet were always dirty underneath even after getting out of shower and cleaning them daily, light switches had to on in order for outlets to work for chargers (took us a while to figure this out). Could use some updating in paint to master bath cabinets. The dresser in the second room was hard to open and close. Kitchen table is super wobbly so if you have kids they will shake and spill everything. Overall we had a good trip. First time staying here, would maybe consider coming back.

PERFECT Location

This was the perfect place for our short 5 night getaway. We have children aged 9, 7, and 6 and it is literally right across the street from the beach. The unit was clean and had beach chairs and sand toys for us to use. I personally loved having the sitting area in the master bedroom to sit and read. I do have a few suggestions though, it would be nice to have a few extra blankets, dish towels, and an oven mitt. Also might want to have the washer/dryer serviced. It left several black marks on our clothes. Just something to consider. Otherwise, a great place in a perfect location. Thanks!

Enjoyed at stay at Tradewinds!

Unit was clean and very cute. Easy walk to the beach. The only negative is the couches are old and they are not comfortable, sink in when you sit on them.

Great stay!

Great stay for the price!

Pro's: Small space with good layout and right across the street from the beach (views of gulf from back patio). Perfect for our family of 4. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. Kitchen, while small was easy to navigate and was well stocked. The ledge in the kitchen and extra storage in the dining room made storing our food and snacks easy. The couch was comfy too. Pool is close, almost directly across -not busy and landscaped nicely. One night we had it all to ourselves which was cool. Cons: both toilets were leaking and the master toilet also wobbled a bunch. It looked like an easy enough fix so hopefully they'll do that. There are minor issues like chipped/discolored laminate in kitchen, sloppy paint, some wobbly tiles, gaps in trim, the large clock was broken, we found a cheese puff under the coffee table and a kids toy car under the sofa - neither of which was ours but we could walk through the house without having dirty feet so maybe that was just a missed spot? Dining room fan was pretty dusty but mine at home gets that way too. Its bit shabbier than pictures show but it's an overall very cute and nicely decorated place that worked well for our family's needs. We would consider staying here again if the toilets get fixed. My main concern when vacationing is do I feel comfortable walking barefoot and are the beds clean and comfortable? Yes and yes.

Nice place

We loved our stay. Quiet neighborhood, enjoyed view of beach (across street). Great location. Parking is a bit tight if you're in a large vehicle but it's manageable. Would definitely book again.

Very close to the beach

What we liked most was the short walk to the beach, it’s just across the street. Also there is plenty of restaurants & shopping close by. The condo was clean & we really appreciated the sheets & towels, although we brought our own because we weren’t sure if they would be supplied. Also, the kitchen sink backed up a couple of days after our arrival & it was promptly handled in a pleasant manner. Overall we were very satisfied with our rental.

The convenience of the location

We both loved it here, it was our first time staying at this facility. The parking spaces were nice and big to give distance between vehicles. Only problem was for us the side we were on was a little difficult to get into. Once we got in the room we both noticed that the toilets both needed some work. The front bathroom the toilet was leaking, and the master bathroom the toilet was very loose.
