This 3 bdrm, 2 bath home is spacious, full of sun and loaded with amenities. Enjoy 2 in-ground pools, a fire bar, fire pits and a 6,000 sf clubhouse and fitness center which are some of the extra benefits of this lovely and highly desirable gated community. Nestled in the woods on 300-acres, 68-acre nature preserve, access to the Eastern Trail ~ perfect for hiking and biking. Minutes to Portland, ME and 90 minutes N of Boston. very nice stay

The place was really nice, looks like in the pictures. Host was very responsive, answering all my questions before deciding to rent. Clean, comfy beds, kitchen with everything you need, and more! Good wifi in the house to work. There are two swimming pools, a gym and a club house, very clean and with flexible hours. Very quite and not crowded. A short ride to beaches, restaurants, supermarket and other nice towns. Will definitely recommend it!

Flawless and Perfect!!!

This property (and Steve) literally saved our vacation. After a major snafu occurred at another rental property in the general area, we found this one. What a miracle! Steve worked with us in a genuinely caring, flexible, and attentive manner to make our stay at this home possible. The very second we walked in the door, we knew that all would be 'fine' and that our vacation was back on. The property was immaculately clean on check-in and was extraordinarily well appointed/furnished. The kitchen had everything my husband and I could possibly need. The primary bedroom king mattress was amazingly comfortable, providing a much needed, excellent sleep. Living space was more than ample, and included a wonderful back patio for grilling or simply 'chilling'. The property was very conveniently located to points north as far as Portland and to points as far south as York Harbor for day trips. Throughout our stay, Steve was incredibly responsive, authentically kind, and a total professional. We cannot thank him enough. What started off with the prospect of an abruptly-ending vacation ended up being among the best ever thanks to this place and Steve's efforts!!!!!
