The extremely popular North Beach is a 5 minute walk and you can drive to the new San Clemente outlets within 5 minutes. The MetroLink is a short walk away which allows you to take the Surf Liner from Los Angeles all the way down to San Clemente and San Diego.

This home is a duplex. This secluded space has its own private entrance, private stairs, back patio and balconies.
Due to the nature of the architecture, this home should NOT be considered for anyone that is unable to easily go up and down stairs.
This large three bedroom/three bathroom home has been completely remodeled and includes the following:
Kitchen and Dining
-The newly remodeled kitchen has quartz countertops, new dishwasher, range/oven, and full size Fridge and Freezer. All appliances are stainless steel.
-This bright and airy kitchen is fully stocked for all your dining needs with pots, pans, dishes, Keurig, air fryer, toaster and more.
-A large dining table can comfortably sit 6 people and overlooks fabulous canyon views.
-Highchair for babies is available upon request.
Bedroom
-The primary bedroom has a CA King bed with a pillow top mattress, with feather down comforters and hotel quality sheets. The primary bath has shower, jetted tub, secluded toilet area, and vanity with single sink. The primary also allows for plenty of storage with step in custom closets and large dresser.
-The second bedroom has a queen size bed, pillow top mattress, luxury linens, as well as plenty of closet and dresser space for all of your storage needs.
-The third bedroom has a coastal charm with Queen bed and small dresser for storage. Pillow top mattress and luxury linens.
-A Pack-n-Play sleeping crib is available for babies upon request.
Bathroom
-All three baths are recently remodeled, and plenty of towels are provided to meet your showering needs.
Living Room
-The professionally decorated living room contains a pottery barn slip cover couch and love seat, 2 additional chairs and backyard patio access.
-The 65 inch flat screen TV with firestick and Apple TV service ensures that you never miss your favorite show or sporting event while on vacation.
-Wi-Fi internet is available.

-A large sliding glass door allows ample sunlight into the entire house and leads you out to a small balcony that provides you beautiful views of the hillside and gorgeous sunset views.

-You will have no problem finding parking as an off-street parking space is provided with your stay.

A short walk from the rental, you will find some of San Clemente's best eateries such as Moulin’s at North Beach (a local favorite), Shwacks Cantina, Landers , Beach Hut Deli and the famous surfer hangout The Riders Club. Take a 5 minute drive and you will find yourself in the heart of San Clemente on Avenida Del Mar street where you can enjoy fine dining such as Nick's, South of Nick's and the Beach Fire Grill. In this quaint "Spanish Village by the Sea" you will find numerous family owned boutiques, antique stores, surf shops, as well as coffee and tea houses. Catch the best Farmers Market in the OC on Ave Del Mar every Sunday and cruise down to the Pier for a great dinner and a drink at the Fisherman's Restaurant & Bar. Venture 5 minutes further south and find yourself at the world famous T Street Bridge that has one of the best surf breaks in all of California. On any given day, you can find professional surfers tearing up the waves alongside aspiring little groms.
