Visiting for a concert

The location and property were great. It was very close to Nissan Stadium and comfortably fit 4 adults without feeling cramped

House is great. Home had all things needed garage for my group was a priority which we had full access. location to downtown Very good.

Unit was clean and pretty much as described. There is no keypad outside for the garage door so you have to go in the front door and open it from inside to park car.Biggest issue is definitely the listing on Vrbo initially states no additional fees but when you reserve and pay there are numerous fees tacked on! So unfortunately that is extremely misleading. Management company is very good to deal with and super quick to respond to any questions

Close location but tight quarters

The location was wonderful!! So close to downtown Nashville! But the listing said it slept 8 and honestly we could only get 7 and that’s with one sleeping on the sleeper sofa. The house had great amenities so we didn’t have to bring much. But there were still towels and sheets in the dryer. The counters and bathroom floors were dirty. Nothing a vacuum or paper towel couldn’t handle. The check in was way different than any other rental I’ve had. I had to take a pic of my license front and back and also take a personal pic of myself. I had issues signing the documents because the links provided were cut off in the app and I couldn’t get it any other way to get into the house. The garage was a nice add and we parked inside the garage but had to close from the inside of garage because there was no way to close it once you backed out. Again nice stay just not with all the family I had. It sleeps 6 comfortably but 8 is cramped for sure.
