If you want to be Top Chef at the beach, check out this Pelican Watch kitchen! The owners love to cook, and the kitchen is stocked with updated stainless steel appliances and everything you need to enjoy fun in house dining. The dining table seats four and there is a large counter pass through to the kitchen. The high efficiency washer/dryer is located in the pantry just off the kitchen.

The bedroom suite coordinates rich chocolate tones of the wood flooring with bold, earthy green walls. The high quality linens and bedding offers a relaxing, peaceful night's rest after a full day enjoying the abundance of activities available on the island. If you like to watch TV when you go to sleep, there is a wall mounted flat screen TV at the perfect height for bedtime viewing. Getting ready for an evening out? The master bath is very nicely updated for your comfort and convenience. The second full hall bath features nice updates with a stall shower.

Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Your stay includes amenity access for the Seabrook Island Club, the island’s hub of activity with two oceanfront community pools, two championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball at the Racquet Club, and on-island dining. The exclusive Beach Club offers a true island escape with a soft sand beach, shaded cabanas, sun loungers, two saltwater swimming pools and oceanfront dining!

All guests of Seabrook Island may access the Equestrian Center and SIPOA Lake House*. Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels with three miles of horse-riding trails. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the island’s Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
