Sweet lighthouse/beachy themed house in quiet neighborhood right off I95 just 15 minutes to beaches and historic downtown. Fenced backyard with pond view, nice big kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to cook at home and save some $$$ on vacation. Newly renovated master bath has nice, big walk in shower. Pet-friendly, NO carpet. 2 Queen bedrooms and 3rd bedroom has two twin beds and a trundle.

Please note: NO RV or boat parking is allowed on the property or on the street.

Beautiful home close to everything!

My family stayed at this beautiful home. We were very close to all attractions. I really liked the home. It had all we needed and was very clean. Would stay here again in the future.

Weekend Stay

Came up for a weekend to visit with family. Location is great if you’re looking for a quiet neighborhood and a house that is kid and dog friendly. If you’re looking to visit downtown St. Augustine or the Beach; it’s a little far. Property manager is very responsive, and the check in was very easy. Definitely would consider staying again if needed.

Just what we needed

Our new build was pushed back 2 weeks and Rachel was so accommodating! Her place was perfect for us. Location was fantastic, the backyard for our dog was wonderful and it was stocked with everything we needed! Thanks again!!

St. Augustine

My family and I greatly enjoyed the property. The enclosed porch was a plus s as well as the enclosed backyard because my one year old granddaughter was with me. The house is spacious and comfortable so I highly recommend staying here if in St. Augustine. The neighbors are friendly, the pond outback was nice to see every morning,and we were within 15 - 20 minutes of most attractions. The owner was quick to reply if I needed something or had concerns which I appreciated.

Amazing

The owner was very communicative. The gouse was absolutely beautiful. Pictures dont do it justice. It was at least 15-20 minutes from the historic district and the beach as the listing says. We are use to driving a lot further for the beach so that was nothing to us. Im so happy our old man (dog) was able to come stay with us as well. The beaches allow dogs all up and down. Needless to say it was like our home away from home. If we plan to come back i pray we are able to stay here again.

Not clean

The master bathroom had not been cleaned and I had to clean it myself. I’m sure it was a simple oversight, but it is a basic expectation for a VRBO property, especially when you have add-on cleaning fees.

All surfaces had been wiped down with bleach wipes and floors had been swept with a floor vacuum. Trash removed. Individually packaged soap set out. I am not sure what you are still busy cleaning after that, but my cleaning fee is only $50. I am happy to offer a full deep clean before guests arrive for an additional $150.
