Very beautiful rooms, well taken care of and in a nice location, being a short distance from the attractions of Pensacola Beach. We were on the north side, with a beautiful view of the Little Sabine Bay.

The condo was clean and has everything you need. The view of the sunsets from the balcony are excellent. The owner is very responsive when messaged and the check in process is seamless! Would stay here again!!

Loved everything about our stay! Very clean. There were so many little touches in the condo that made our stay more comfortable. Had all the pots/pans and seasonings to cook a meal. There was even a stocked coffee bar. Beach access was across the street and it’s only a half mile walk/drive to many restaurants. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Pensacola!

Walking distance to the beach, and tons of restaurants and bars. Property was clean check in was easy. Pool onsite was great as well

Karl’s condo was great for our beach trip to Pensacola Beach. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. We especially enjoyed the short walk to the beach, the pool area, and the beautiful view over Pensacola Bay. The condo was also very clean. Thanks for having us at your condo!

Very nice view, balcony is huge with comfortable chairs and a table for coffee or cocktails. Comfortable bed and a well equipped kitchen. Building was very quiet and in a great location away from crowds but close enough to drive there in a minute if you really need to. Gulf Islands National Seashore park and Fort Pickens right down the road which might be the most beautiful beach in the US.

VERY NICE, CLOSE TO EVERYTHING

We enjoyed our stay, it was very clean, the property host were very nice and communicated very well. It's very close the boardwalk and all of the best restaurants.
