Beautiful stay!

Great location, very clean a spacious for our group. View was amazing and we were close to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely stay again!

Epic was a fantastic host, and the home was exactly as advertised. Our family loved the location. It’s perched just up the hill from an abundance of activities, yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet away from the resort crowds.The house itself was incredibly spacious, giving our large family and grandchildren plenty of room to relax and spend time together comfortably. One of the highlights was the beautiful ocean views, about a mile away, which added a serene and scenic touch to our stay.Overall, a wonderful place for a family getaway that we’d happily stay at again!

We had a great stay. We had some ac issues but they were addressed and we were able to enjoy our vacation. Beautiful unit.

Quiet and great view!

Unfortunatley our week in Maui was mostly rainy but staying at this Condo with its great views made it better. The location was quiet yet very short distance to all sorts of activity, shopping and beaches.

Great spot

Can’t beat the ocean views! Saw the turtles swimming from the balcony. Condo updated and pics very accurate. Appreciated the beach chairs. Would definitely come again.

Beautiful plantation

Spacious, nice you had a cooler and chairs, umbrella would be nice. Loved our place. Nice location Table was nice to play games with the family. We appreciate the washer and dryer with a few pods you left. Thank you.

Had a great BBG & to our surprise the rental came with 4 very nice beach chairs & 2 large coolers, which we used. After exploring the kitchen we found all we needed to prepare & serve two large family dinners which we enjoyed at the large table. The Pool was great. Easy & ample parking right outside our front door. Very quiet area. Great shopping close by. Will go back for sure. Loved this place.

Great place to stay

Overall this was a great place. Some things I wish I had known: 1- there is no air conditioning on main level where kitchen and gathering area is. Also no bathroom fan on main level so it get hot and steamy with showers and laundry 2- there is a queen and two king beds upstairs, one pull out sofa bed on main level. Add said there was a futon and queen in one room which was not correct 3- pool does not have a very good shallow end. Overall location was great, place was very clean and grill was nice. Would stay again if there was A/C on main level.

We do encourage our guests to reach out to us directly if they encounter any issues during their stay with us and would have sent out our team in a timely manner to assist you or answer any questions you had and apologize that there was any confusion with the sleeping arrangements. Two bedrooms have a king bed, 3rd bedroom has a queen, and the sofa sleeper/futon is a queen located in the living room and is a pull out sofa sleeper. The condo is equipped with ceiling fans and a wonderful cross breeze. We strive to provide the Aloha Spirt and all the home away from home feels to enhance our guests Maui vacations. We are happy to know that your overall experience with us was a great one. It was our pleasure to host you and we hope that you created lots of memories during your time with us in Maui. Mahalo

Great location

Has issues with bugs and loud air conditioner in master bedroom. Also had a hard time finding the unit upon late arrival as the number of the townhome was not on the app. Called the after hours and was able to find out but took a little while till we found our units. On the positive note, location is close to everything and the property size was perfect for our family. I would probably stay at a resort next time as this was our first ever VRBO experience and did not think the experience was the same as an actual resort or hotel.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was terrific and the view put it over the top. It was convenient to everything we wanted to do and nicely updated. My only complaint is that AC is listed as “central” but it’s only in the bedrooms upstairs meaning that wasn’t accurate. The downstairs has no air conditioning. With that said opening the doors so the breezes can blow through the unit make it very pleasant. In the heat of the afternoon it can get a little uncomfortable though because the sun sets toward the back porch. Other than that I highly recommend the property.

Kaanapali Plantation #45 is a gorgeous newly remodeled 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath with amazing ocean views and is perfect for large families or groups of friends. The spacious lanai overlooks the ocean with beautiful mountain views. The Resort is centrally located and just a short distance from world famous Kaanapali Beach, Napili Bay and Whalers Village for great shopping and dining experiences. It was our pleasure to host you. I wish I could leave a better review, but the lack of responsiveness from the property management company was inexcusable.Because our flight didn’t leave until 10 PM, we paid an additional fee for a late checkout. On our last day, we went out to pick up some final souvenirs and returned to the condo to pack and get ready for the airport. When we arrived, we discovered that the entry code no longer worked and we were locked out.I immediately called the management company, the number listed in our rental agreement, the emergency contact line, and sent a message through VRBO. Despite leaving multiple voicemails and messages, no one responded. We spent over an hour and a half locked outside while repeatedly trying to reach someone. Since we had paid for late checkout, there was no reason our access should have been removed.After at least 20 calls and several messages, I finally received a brief text with a new code. There was no explanation, acknowledgment, or apology for the situation.As a short-term rental owner myself, I understand that mistakes can happen. What is unacceptable is having no one available to assist guests during an emergency. We paid extra for a service that was not delivered and were left scrambling to get packed and make our flight.Unfortunately, due to the poor communication and lack of concern shown, I would not recommend staying here.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. However, we would like to clarify that we were never made aware of any issue during your stay. We have no record of receiving phone calls, voicemails, emails, or messages regarding being locked out of the unit. Our emergency line routes directly to a cell phone that is monitored at all times, and we did not receive any communication matching the situation described. Had we been contacted, we would have responded immediately to assist. Unfortunately, because we were unaware of the issue, we were not given the opportunity to help resolve it at the time. We understand your frustration and regret that your departure day was impacted. We appreciate your feedback and wish you safe travels.
